Mobile orders are supposed to make everything easier for both parties. I kept watching things being taken from with my order. I was waiting for after ten minutes of placing the order and selecting now and they were given to the drive thru. Maybe I should've driven through the drive through to pick up my order and wouldn't have had to leave my car. I figured I could go inside and wait and not add any more stress... there was no line in the drive through and definitely a slower night. When my order was finally complete Miguel behind the counter. Who was also running the drive through and obviously distracted . She informed me there were no jalapeno bites. I said okay and she started to walk away when I asked if the refund for the item was going to be sent to my card I used and she wasn' said she needed to go ask her manager.. the manager was extremely annoyed. She had to stop what she was doing to come process a refund, meaning they fully intended on letting me walk out of there. Having paid for an item, I didn't get without a refund or an item of similar value that could fill its place instead. The manager open the till, pulled out $3 and placed it on the counter and walked away. There was no receipt. I asked the gal if $3 even was the refund amount and she said, probably not exactly she may have given you a little bit more.... but with the tax rate, it seemed a little odd a 2.99 item would come out to $3 even. So I used my calculator real quick and inform the gals at my refund should be 3.24. She became super annoyed and returned to her manager who is obviously equally annoyed.. she came back up and unlocked the till, pulled out a quarter, set it down on the counter and stomped away. No words, no nothing from either of them. Now, I worked in customer service so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. I'd like to think I'm a lot more tolerant than others. But this interaction definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I'd asked for a receipt for the refund and was ignored. Realistically, we'll probably never be back to this location which I have frequently visited in the past with my family spending a good amount of money. But I guess customer experience doesn't matter at this location... Whatsoever. Simply being asked to process a refund because of an item that was out of stock that was still on the website. I guess is a huge inconvenience to them and that warrants major attitude and disrespect. My husband usually goes in and picks up the order. And he says that that's not an uncommon experience. He just neglected to delay that information to me. Because we probably would have stopped coming a while ago because of these same individuals working behind...
Read moreIt's Burger King 👑 but as they advertised, they fulfilled a promise of quick good yummy food theyl way I wanted it. A whoppers can be incredibly tasty. And mine was. The service was prompt and well FAST. Nothing's perfect... Not ignore the elephant in the room though: the fries suck. No flavor. Kinda like potato card board cut out them fry. Between the coating on it(why,?) and how they cook them, they are unenjoyable and tasteless.. over processed and under cooked. Just. Disappointment. I'm giving Burger King kudos for dumping the creepy king too. And the menu variety over all is good. They need a lesson from McDonald's though on how to make French fries. Theirs come out tasting like a fried potato rich and yummy delicious and hot with the right texture and the right balance of salt of everything. And the right price!!.
BK makes great dessert, shakes & more. McDonald's Burger King shake or traditional restaurant shake. Overall you can't go wrong going to this Burger King in Moses lake. The locals do a good friendly job. I'm going back . Have some better fries guys. More crispy and golden and take the batter off the outside... And...
Read moreSo, I'm an employee at a Burger King in Spokane. On my way to Seattle I stopped in at this burger king for food. When I tried to use more than two coupons I was told I could only use two with one order, which is not true I have taken orders where people have used 10+ coupons and our managers are okay with it. I could deal with the coupon thing. When we got our food everything was pretty much fine, although the drinks had waaay to much ice. But one thing that I was definitely not okay with, was the fact that they put tomato on a no tomato sandwich. I asked for a whopper with no tomato, no ketchup, because my mom, the one who is driving, is very allergic to tomato. And low and behold there was in fact tomato on her sandwich. If I wouldn't have spotted that, she could have died. Thank you Moses Lake...
