Taco Bell — Restaurant in Moses Lake

Usually you know what to expect when you enter a fast food joint. The service, the quality, the cleanliness, etc.

Today, I have to set my bar a little higher after visiting this Taco Bell location.

Upon entering, the interior was immaculately maintained. No wrappers hiding in the corners or built up grime to be seen. The new digital kiosk glowed in front of me and the two others with me.

Despite the kiosk, as we poked around getting used to the digital ordering, a kind young worker greeted us warmly and was available to ask some questions about the menu offerings (apparently the only difference between Nacos BellGrande and the Nachos Supreme is the size!).

My friends and I enjoyed the new digital ordering kiosk because customization was SO EASY and the up-charges are clearly seen for substitutions and additions.

The food was fresh. The Baja Blast I had was perfectly calibrated. The bathrooms were clean. The only gripe was the location of the trash can. Please put an open top trash can near the door so I can open it with the paper towel I dry my hands with. This will prevent guests from touching the handle that others may have touched without washing their hands (yeah, unfortunately this still happens... 😩).

Overall, however, this was probably one of the best Taco Bell experiences I have ever had. Keep up...

1. Tried ordering from app, would not read the store, no update available.
2. Went to counter, told to use kiosk, counter was cash customers only
3. The kiosk did not have all items from the app.
4. After placing order, sat down to wait for a name to be called. After name was called, went and picked up order that was sitting on the counter, had to stand there for a few minutes before was asked what I needed. Nobody bothered to give me the drinks.
5. The girl looked at me dumbfounded and said I'm sorry we don't serve that here. I had to ask her are you sure you don't have the blue raspberry freezes behind you. She looked at me and said I'm sorry but we don't have any strawberry right now. Three other employees told me strawberry wasn't available. Another asked me what I needed, I said two blue raspberry freezes. That's what I ordered and what's on my receipt.
6. After a few more minutes I was finally given the drinks; with an attitude.
7. I'm not even going to bother going into detail about the meal problems, the drinks were already too much.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I come here at around 7:30 pm to notice a sign on the door that their lobby is closed and the restaurant was closing at 8pm due to supply shortage/labor shortage. Ok no problem that’s totally understandable. As a walk in/up customer and a commercial truck driver I cannot enter a drive thru with a large commercial truck and trailer. I stood here in the drive thru line and waited patiently to come to the window to place an order. After 20 min standing in line and finally getting up to the window, I was greeted by an employee at the drive thru window who refused to open the window and accept my order. He told me thru the closed glass window that due to safety reasons walk up customers cannot be served at their drive thru window. I tried to explain to him that I was a truck driver who couldn’t be in a normal sized vehicle and he refused to accept my order. Obviously this place is run by a bunch of Biden supporters and tree huggers. I will never go to this Taco Bell again!!!!! Their employees are horrible and don’t care about people!!!
