Baymont By Wyndham Moss Point — Hotel in Moss Point

If I could do 0 stars I would. Management charged me extra and there was no solution. You think when you call corporate they would be helpful but they did not figure out a solution. Basically I got charged for a full stay on the card I put online. But when I checked in I was told I can use my other card to pay for the rest of the $115 I had to pay. But the hotel only sees the card that was on file charged. How convenient? Now I am lost out of $115 because some the hotel that makes way more money then me has it in there system lost.! Also breakfast was the same and the biscuits were hard.

Reply to owner: The proof is in my bank statements from both of my banks. I will continue to tell the truth! As I have not been refunded yet. $115.36 I am shorted.

Extra reply: So also please be careful as there system will probably not show you that you was charged if you try to use another card. They are also owned separately which is a problem when trying to look into the system. Only them and not corporate can see there...

What a dump. The entire facility was in disrepair. Hotel Front Receptionist was amazing! Mr Dirsham (hope I'm pronouncing that right,lol) is very polite and courteous. He went above and beyond to ensure I still had my rooms being we checked in extremely late due to unforseen occurrences. Hotel is nicely renovated with spacious clean comfortable rooms. Especially for the price. I didn't know what to expect being the rates was so low.
