May 15, 2017......I have always enjoyed Taco Bell and when I was younger I was once an employee at the Pascagoula location.. So I have definitely experienced in the whole fast food and customer service industry. I must admit that the pleasant sounding voice welcoming me to this restaurant started the transaction off with professionalism, courtesy, integrity and many more qualities that so many youth of this day and age seem to LACK for some strange reason. I placed my order which included Cinnabon desserts and I asked her if she would like me to pull up so while they prepared the Cinnabon's for my order so I wouldn't hold the line. So I went around to the front and while waiting I realized I had a long drive ahead of me to return home. I wasn't sure the lobby's hours. So as I went to walk in I asked her if the lobby was open because I needed to use the restroom really quick. They had cleaned the lobby, restrooms and the whole building she permitted me to go ahead. When I came out I asked her who the Owner's were, simply wanting to know if it was affiliated with the location in Pascagoula I had worked at over 10 years ago or ago... This one turned out to be owned by the same group. I then asked who the G.M. is and she told me it was Mr. Michael McMann, in the morning I will be calling to speak with him about my experience here last night. This was without a doubt hands down the greatest most fulfilling visit to ANY fast-food or full service Restaurant from the cheapest to the most luxurious accomadations. The sweetest voice ever that I heard over the intercom that started my experience off from beginning to end was a young assistant manager as I found in the conversation the most professional and the most highest level of customer service belonged to a Beautiful young girl names Alexis. I commend you Ms. Alexis on the excellent level of customer service and top notch quality I have ever had, from as I said earlier from the cheapest to the most expensive and highest rated restaurants in the country. I am 36 and have had the privilege of at one time traveling all over the country and having the chance to experience some of the world's and GOD'S most beautiful treasures. Tonight I once again experienced the most awesome level of all the amazingness that we should all have the opportunity to experience in life. To conclude the food was great and the level of service, customer service and all the things a restaurant or any business in the world tries to achieve but fail so many times at. I do not know Alexis personally a compete strange that has impressed me going above and beyond her duty or anything required of her job or let's take it a little higher the G.M. or even higher the owner's or even the majority share holder of YUM BRANDS which included Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and K.F.C. or so it was a little over 10 years ago when I myself was a team member. The management and the district / regional managers to even the share holders definitely should take a look at Ms. Alexis. I have been a team member at a fast food restaurant, waiter, cashier, assistant manager, manager all the way to executive level jobs in the hospitality industry all comprising a great deal with customer service and dealings with the common public... But someone I have never met in my life has really inspired me that we aren't doomed as I have recently began to think by today's youth who lack the ability to properly communicate, work when giving your job whatever it might be a 100% and taking pride in your work. I honestly began thinking we were doomed. Alexis and her overall drive, ambition and professionalism is very inspiring. You have a bright future ahead and thanks for my best experience ever. So impressed by my visit tonight. Keep up the good work and never change the drive, your shinning light for you have the the most inspiring qualities of someone who shod be a leader a CEO or a TOP RANKING OFFICIAL. I BELIEVE in you. Read moreI don't even want to put any stars. This is the worst Taco Bell in Mississippi. They have no cashier's at anytime I've ever been inside the restaurant. You can not order food if you don't have the app or you have to use the kiosk. No one here cares about anything customer service what so ever. I order boxes. It's not rocket science. It's 4 items in a box. Everytime there it's been the worst experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. And I really love Taco Bell. I've eaten here 4 times. And I live down the street. They don't care about anyone in the store. All's it is is drive through and they can't do that right. Tonight I order the same box ove ordered that last 3 times at thia store. No napkins. And your supposed to have 4 items in the box. No tacos today. And when you call. Whats qith the extra stuff. I paid you for a meal. You offer a service of food and you did not put all my food in there. I'm at the hotel behind the store" when did you order". It don't matter if I order 5 min ago. Or this morning. I paid for a service of food. That's what I want. Don't ever shop here. The food ain't that good. And the manager and employee do not care about anything that goes out that door unless your a 17 year old girl that comes through and every guys in the store paysore attention to her then the food I'm ordering. It's a deceased to have a restaurant and say your a Manager of that store. Good luck. You will never get a dime from me again...
Read moreThis place is ridiculous, and I felt like I was robbed. I was on my way out of town when I stopped to get dinner for me and my husband. The order was over 37 dollars, and I didn't receive my quesadilla. However, I was on the interstate when I realized it. I had to get off at Franklin creek exit to drive all the way back because they didn't answer the phone. When I get to the app, prompt greets me, but the employees choose not to, and then when I say HELLO, I get im sorry we are closed. I asked for the food that I had already paid for. I was informed that they were closed and wasn't cooking anything else,so I asked for my money back. I was informed that they were closed and wasn't doing that either. So much for customer service. They will not get any of my business ever again. I will be sure that anyone else I talk to is aware that they are thieves as well.
