Update, Update to below review: I made this review 6 months ago and as you can see by their response, figure auto generated, they stated to email with my experience, etc. I did that and as of today they still never responded directly to me. By email or other means. So yeah my review stands, this location is horrible! Not all are like this but this one, stay away! Zero stars
Update to below review: As you can see company requested I send email to guest relations about experience so they could try to resolve. I sent email on 6/23 and as of today 6/30 no response. Which again proves my review was spot on and they could care less if one of their locations is serving disgusting food! 0 out of 0!
I took my grandson to lunch and we unfortunately chose this Rubys. Walked in and immediately could smell very strong bleach smell but figured they just cleaned. Got steak which was over seasoned, tough and large portion of grissel , when I specifically asked the waiter which steak was tender and ordered what he suggested. Got salad bar and only fresh was the lettuce as I tried to eat it started to feel nauseous because it tasted off. Baked potato was under cooked and chunky and smelled and tasted old like cooked night before and reheated. Also on waiters suggestion I ordered onion rings and they turned out to be frozen rings you could buy in the freezer section and not the good ones either! Bill was $49 and we barely ate so brought it home so could take picture of how bad everything was. Yes I could have sent it back but if you’ve ever worked in restaurants you know not the best idea! I felt sorry for waiter as he was only one there and was doing his best. But the food was disgusting and way over priced for what we got! Read moreMy husband and I were looking for a quick bite to eat, over in this area. I saw that this place had fish, which I love, and burgers, which he loves. But unfortunately it wasn't that good at all. I ordered fish and chips, and a burger to go. It only took about 15 minutes from the time I placed our order online until we got there and I will say that service was friendly, but we did have to wait about 5 minutes before someone noticed us. Once we told them why we were there, it didn't take long to get our food. As for the food, that's where I get disappointed. The fries had no salt on them at all and of course we didn't have any with us. But I understand why they don't salt the fries, not everyone like salt and they have salt on their tables. The fish was covered in a bland, no flavor at all batter. It reminded me of funnel cake batter, but without any vanilla. Just tasted like oil. It would have been nice if they made their own batter or at least added some seasoning to the batter they use. I will say that the fish didn't have a fishy flavor and it was cooked well. Which is a plus. As for the burger and fries my husband got. The burger was over cooked and was a lot smaller than expected. It was edible, but definitely not something he would ever buy again. We may try this place again if over that way, but only because I really want to try their crab cakes. I wish that I could order just a crab cake instead of the full dinner. But using their website to order, that was not an option. I will also add that adding extra items like lemon or mayo to my order wasn't an option. It would be nice if they had either a comment section or an add on section. But that's just me nit picking. Read moreMy family and I had the worst experience at this Ruby Tuesdays, 10/17/25 as soon as we walk in this younger skinny girl with dark hair says “I’m not taking them” the place was practically empty, what’s wrong with us? So the older lady with black hair said “I guess I’ll take them” and seats us, well that was uncomfortable, we’re sitting there and it takes the lady 20 minutes for drinks, 30 minutes later 2 people of our party got their food, my kids were getting restless and we hardly seen our server again.. the other tables by a different server that got there after us was getting their food, 20 minutes later 2 more of our party got their food, 10 minutes later my kids and I finally get our food and it looked like it had been sitting in the window because it was dried out and the plates itself were hot to touch, after the food comes the only time we seen our server again was when she was assisting other tables, she never asked if our food was ok or anything, we sat for another 30 minutes waiting on the check to the point we paid it through the bartender. I don’t see what the issue was? We was only a party of 8 with hardly anyone in there, it wasn’t busy at all and considering other people was receiving their food when they walked in after us I don’t think it was a kitchen problem.. I waisted $82 last night, we paid our bill but will never go back. It takes a lot to upset me at a restaurant because I have worked in the restaurant industry in all positions from serving, prep grill all that fun stuff for 10 years, I tried to understand what the issue was but I just didn’t see it.
