Waffle House — Restaurant in Moss Point

I sometimes stop by for a breakfast sandwich on my way to work..I'll order a GRILLED ham and cheese on wheat with a slice of cooked tomatoe.You would think GRILLED is a clue but its hit or miss...Some of there servers have no clue what GRILLED means.This morning I ordered my sandwich, told her twice its grilled on wheat...She called it out without saying grilled,I again told her GRILLED the cook popped bread in the toaster.I told her not toasted GRILLED..Her response,,Oh you want the bread on the grill too?I just walked out.. UPDATE...I stopped by this morning completely different staff.I ordered same thing had to repeat myself twice..I got a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with 2 slices of cold tomatoes on the side... I've ordered this same sandwich multiple times in many different locations without any problems at all but somehow this location has NO CLUE what to do..Where do they find...

Visiting from Georgia and I came in for breakfast. I experienced Unprofessional and Rude service from the server Rose. I stopped her in the middle of her rudeness and ghetto performance; I then asked her if she was having a bad day or needed more time to serve my table. Rose replied with the following" I have alot of people to serve". I then informed her that's part of your job. Rose still remained rude. I then requested a different server. I also informed the manager that this is unacceptable. I've traveled several states and this has been the first time I've given my favorite breakfast place a 1star for unprofessional service in 12 years. The replacement server is AWESOME ALEX! First off, it's very rare I give a place 5 stars. But! In this instance it's very well deserved. The employees were friendly, smiling, and professional. Clayton (my server) was quick and in point. Absolutely no complaints. The food was hot, and prepped to my liking. Flavorful, and not lacking. Miss Summer (another server) captivated me as she was spunky, friendly, conversational and brought a positive vibe to my experience. She's perfect, here. As she's the kind of person that'll give you service with a smile. But, she'll be just as quick with a response, if she doesn't like something. The crew as a whole were working well, even with trainees. They were cleaning, mopping, scrubbing, and active through out my visit.
