This hotel is the worst of the Comfort Inns. The first room they put me in the door wouldn't lock because the deadbolt wouldn't line up with the striker plate on the door jamb. So I asked the front desk for another room and they kindly gave me another room which had the same problem, except this door's deadbolt was too big to go into the striker plate. I hope every door isn't like this and I hope people are not getting a false sense of security because they think the door locked just because they heard a locking sound, that aside, the toilet wouldn't stop running, the light leaking though the hallway door and the fact you can see in and out of the room though the door jam was a disturbance to me, as well as someone running up and down the upstairs hall until 12am. The shower faucet handle was ready to fall off and the temp indicator cap on the knob was missing. The shower head pipe was installed pointed at the wall so the whole left side of my body got to touch the shower wall so I could get wet. The bathroom fan vent was so full of dust it wouldn't suck the steam out of the bathroom. There were no dirty laundry bags. The toilet seat had someone else's pube on it. Atleast the bed and pillows were comfy and I slept good 2 frigging hours after I got in bed thanks to that person upstairs. Hotel owner if you're reading this, address the doors first! Had to leave a 6am and breakfast...
Read moreI travel for work and have stayed in Choice Hotels in the past. My work includes very early starts in the morning so therefore I must check out early. On 10/26/2016 I walked into the lobby to check out and had to wake the employee up who was sleeping with her head in the crumpled up fast food wrappers on the counter. I proceeded to tell her my room number and that I was checking out. She brought my account up in the computer and ran my credit card again even though it had been run at check in. I get notifications on my cell phone every time any of my credit cards are run, so during the check out procedure she actually ran my card 4 times!!!! I asked her to stop running my card and she simply stated that they are just pending transactions and not to worry.. But she failed to comprehend that every time she ran my card she was causing a hold on my card!!!!!!!!! My credit card issuer actually called me to see if these duplicate charges were accurate, and of course I explained what was going on. I strongly suggest that if you stay at this location to watch your card account at check out because I ended up being charged 3 times for a one night stay which my bank was nice enough to not hold me responsible for. One suggestion to Comfort Inn get...
Read moreIt was all great! Management (Bobby) was wonderful. His friendly welcoming attitude is what sold us on the room the first night, and the fact that he is always like that, extremely nice and does whatever he can to make it easier on you, is what kept our business. front desk (all of them) was awsome. They never failed to make us feel welcome and was always sure to go the extra mile, especially for my little one. Even house keeping went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as they could. You might pay a little more than Travelodge down the road, but you don't have to worry about dead rats in your room here, terrible customer service, hateful front desk, or broken doors that don't lock here. You can feel safe and secure in you comfy clean rooms. And the breakfast us better here. They have a nice little hot breakfast ready every morning with biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. Along with waffles (2 flavors) and the usual cereals and pastries. And of course the cool weight machine in the exercise room and indoor pool are just a couple more good reasons to stay here. It's definitely worth the money. Thanks to everyone at the Comfort Inn...
