Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Muscatine

This is the 2nd time we have gotten terrible service. This time everything was wrong that we ordered. The girl took 10 min. to take an order for 2 pastas because her English was so bad. (I don't fault her for that but maybe taking the calls is not the best position there for her) After repeating it back to me 5 times she finally read it back right. But it was still wrong when we got it. We also ordered bread sticks and got cheese bread. When I called to tell them our order was wrong the person who answered was rude and made it sound like it was our fault because we asked for changes instead of ordering it the way it comes on the menu. She also made sure to tell me she works in over 20 Pizza Hut locations, as if I cared by then. Rude is rude. She did decide to fix one of the pastas we ordered and offered to bring missing toppings from the other on the side. BUT GUESS WHAT CAME BACK WRONG AGAIN!!! Actually looked as if they deliberately made it worse. The only thing good was the delivery driver. She was very pleasant and professional. (Even during snowy weather) Time before they left the pizzas between doors at my work. When we called about them not showing they told us they left them between the doors as if we should have looked outside for it??? Pizza was cold if course. They did nothing to fix the situation but send a gift certificate. So all of us got food for our break that...

I’ve got to say, the food was amazing. we walked in and the atmosphere was, well i guess you could say lonley. I’ve been here 5 times this year and none before 2025 every time the food has been beyond amazing. although I have yet to see another soul in this place and I still have yet to figure out why. The workers are… interesting to say the least and as we walked it we had to wait 3 minutes before we were acknowledged. At the counter we were looked at like aliens. But as we were sat there were no napkins, straws, or menus given to us and we were expected to know what we wanted immediately. Once we were given the menus and ordered the food came fast, looked amazing, and truly was delicious. I am in disbelief on how they are still in business, but I am glad they are just because of how the food was absolutely incomprehensible to the human taste. A wild experience to say the least but...

Went there Saturday night for dinner, worst Pizza Hut. First they brought us for different sets of silverware which didn't even look clean. One set actually had a spot of food stuck on it. Next the pizza had way to much sauce and the crust was somewhat not done. Mind you we were the only ones in the restaurant. The mens bathroom smelled like an outhouse on a 80° day. The salad bar, well where do we begin on this ecoli possibly rollercoaster. The French dressing had sat so long that the oil had separated to the top. The 3 different puddings they had I wouldn't have fed to my dog. There was something weird about the tomatoes, just didn't look safe to eat.
