My husband and I stayed at this hotel while we were visiting Nashville for the first time. It had pretty good reviews except for some that talked about rude front desk staff. We should have taken those reviews more seriously as we had a very negative experience with a particular person at the front desk. When we arrived for our stay we worked with the lady with long curly hair, she was not wearing a nametag at any point during our stay so we do not know her name. She asked for our name and we gave it to her. She then said that we had 2 rooms reserved. I let her know we should only have one and she insisted we had 2. I tried to show her our confirmation but she refused to look at it and continued to insist we booked 2 rooms. She was very rude about the whole thing and treated us like we were the ones who messed up when this wasn't the case at all. She then gave us a piece of paper and said "This is the confirmation number for your second reservation." I was confused and just kind of looked at it for a second. She did not elaborate or say anything else, just continued checking us in for our room. After checking us in for our room Iet her know I was confused as to what I am supposed to do with the number on the piece of paper. She told me to use that to cancel our second reservation. I had no idea how to even do this as according to multiple confirmation emails from the hotel and also our booking on our Priceline app did not have anything about this second reservation. Luckily the other lady at the front desk said she would cancel it for us and within a few clicks of her mouse it was taken care of. She was very nice and I commend her for stepping in. We then left and went to our room. I felt like the lady who helped us was just so rude and bordering on just mean. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and there is no excuse for this type of treatment. Each interaction we had with her after this was also unpleasant as she is just a rude person. This was confirmed when we spoke with another person staying at the hotel who also said that she was extremely rude to them as well when they were simply asking a question about the pool. We would not recommend staying at this hotel due to this issue. Even though the happy hour drinks were good and the bartender was awesome. Even though the breakfast was also good, nothing can make up for that type of negative treatment, especially upon arrival when this is your first impression of a hotel. I would have only given one star but felt it deserved two because of those couple of positive aspects. Do not ignore the negative reviews regarding the front desk being rude, the people posting these reviews are not...
Read moreMy daughter, her friend, and myself came to Nashville for a small vaca before school started. We stayed 3 nights at Club Hotel. We had a room on the first floor with a patio that led out to the pool/courtyard. Our room had 2 queen beds and was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable! The area in front of the sink had storage overhead and the mini fridge and microwave. The shower and toilet were in a separate section with a door. There was a small sectional type sofa in the room and a desk with a chair. Plenty of lighting and a tall mirror that lit up as well. The night shift lady that checked us in on 8/7/25 was very helpful and nice. The night shift ladies working the front desk on 8/9/25 were very enjoyable to speak with. The bartender working happy hour on 8/8/25 was very courteous and did a great job. Every employee we came in contact with had a smile and seemed to enjoy their job. The complimentary breakfast every morning was wonderful!! You had sausage patties, links, biscuits, gravy, eggs, fried potatoes, fruit, yogurt, cereals, bagels, toast, waffles, coffee, and juices. And the ladies cooking breakfast kept everything very well stocked up and hot until the very last minute. Happy hour each night from 5 to 7, offered 2 free alcohol drinks and a snack, such as baked potatoes with the fixings. Our room was clean, the AC was cold, the gated parking was never an issue, and I didn't feel as though we were too far from any activities we wanted to do. It was never a problem asking for more towels from housekeeping. The pool area/courtyard had lots of seating with umbrellas, lit up at night, flowers and was a space that anyone could hangout at and feel comfortable. The area around the hotel was well lit. I felt safe walking to my car at any hour. Opry Mills Mall is a very short drive from the hotel. The Tanger Outlets wasn't a bad drive either. We even drove to the best kept secret beach to spend a day swimming. We never heard any loud noises while we stayed. I booked our room through Priceline and got a great deal. With taxes and everything 3 nights was $377.00 for a Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night stay. I will definitely come back to stay here again and will recommend Club-Hotel to everyone I know traveling to the Nashville area! Thank you to everyone that made our mini vaca a great...
Read moreFirst, the staff. Ashley was fantastic, personable, and extremely professional. Margo, while a very bubbly desk assistant, she must be mindful of her language at the front desk. The cuss words were not appropriate and everyone within ear-shot grimaced with each f-bomb. And this wouldn’t be so bad if she wasn’t talking to Angela, the hotel manager, as she dropped them. Now, Angela. While she seems professional in her tone, her lack of knowledge and inability to address the concerns of the guests who were staying at the hotel is a problem for me. No matter what you brought to her attention, it was either someone else’s fault or she needed to have someone else deal with the matter. She should have the ability to resolve issues in the absence of the general manager or anyone else. Now, the hotel. Where this place falls short is with the housekeeping. First, the elevators are filthy. We walked into our room to find a long hair on the pillow. When I reported this, they sent a person to the room who thought it would be a good idea to place the pillow on the floor while he changed the pillowcase. So gross. Our blankets had large yellow stains on them. Not sure if that was urine or sweat. Again, gross. The coffee maker and microwave was dirty. We had to clean the counters to eat on them and had to wear sandals in the shower because the tub wasn’t cleaned. The toilet already had a ring on the bowl and the grab bar for the shower had more fingerprints than a crime scene. I think that the air conditioner and the toilet were in a competition to see who can get the loudest. There were flies, earwigs, and mosquitoes flying in the room. And the “no weed smoking” policy must be optional because the whole facility wreaked of it. I reported this stuff to Angela and she just shifted the blame to the housekeeping staff. There were guests walking around turning the knobs of the rooms during the night. So scary and unsafe. I guess they were doing this until they found a door that was open and they could do whatever to the people in the room. I could go on and on, but will leave with this: Ashley and the bartender (we didn’t get his name), the breakfast options and the free cocktails are the best things...
