UPDATE, RESPONSE TO HOTEL:
It’s interesting that Baymont is now claiming they 'ensure guests park in designated monitored locations' when, in reality, I was directed by staff to park in an unmonitored, camera-free section of the lot. If designated monitored parking was truly required for extended stays, why was I NOT told that when I parked? Why was I given different instructions? Was this all planned?
Additionally, Baymont failed to notify me when my car was vandalized, despite having my contact information on file. My vehicle sat for DAYS with a smashed window, completely exposed to the elements—during a severe storm, and I only found out when I returned.
After I pursued accountability, Baymont quietly updated their Global Airport Parking listing to remove their 'completely safe' claim, rather than take responsibility for misleading customers. Instead of addressing their failure, Baymont is attempting to shift blame. Future customers should take this as a warning—this business does NOT take responsibility for its misleading advertising or the safety of its guests.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
🚨 DO NOT PARK HERE – MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED & BAYMONT DID NOTHING 🚨
I booked parking at Baymont by Wyndham Nashville Airport through Global Airport Parking, trusting that my vehicle would be in a safe and secure lot while I traveled. Baymont even advertised their lot as “completely safe” parking.
Instead, when I returned, I found my car vandalized, my window shattered, and my interior soaked from days of exposure to rain. The worst part? Baymont staff knew. They had my contact information on file, and they had assured me that they would notify me immediately if anything happened to my vehicle.
But they didn’t.
Baymont directed me to park in the section of their lot with NO cameras, despite having a covered, camera-monitored section available.
I later learned from the front desk that multiple cars had been broken into recently, meaning they were fully aware this was a risk—and still did nothing to prevent it.
The front desk also told me the manager was “working with the police,” but when I called, the police had NO record of any report being filed.
So, let me be clear: They knowingly put me in the most vulnerable part of their lot, failed to protect my vehicle, and then lied about their involvement with the police.
I reached out to General Manager Juan (CJ) Moore to request a refund of my parking fees and reimbursement for my insurance deductible—at the very least, I expected some accountability for their failure to take action.
They ignored me.
This hotel had every opportunity to do the right thing. They chose to do nothing. And instead of addressing my complaint, they silently changed their parking listing to remove the “completely safe” claim, trying to cover their tracks rather than take responsibility.
I want anyone considering parking here to know: Your car is NOT safe at Baymont by Wyndham Nashville Airport. And if something happens to it, they will NOT help you.
I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you value your vehicle, your peace of mind, and even basic human decency—park...

Read moreOur experience at this hotel was terrible!! The rooms weren't the cleanest. There was a stain on the ottomon, there were ants throughout the room and bathroom and hair on the bathroom floor when we first came in. A weird smudge of something that looked like blood on the wall. But the worst part was the pool! We got in the pool for a few minutes and got out to lay on the chairs when we noticed a needle cap on the ground.. probably from one of the many people who were obviously on drugs staying there or the homeless that apparently live in the bushes beside the pool. Then a man comes over and tells us that a kid had vomited in the pool the night before and he told the front desk but no one had cleaned the pool or even closed the pool. Then he showed us the vomit that was still floating around in the pool that we hadn't noticed. We were disgusted that we had swam in vomit water and went to the front desk to see why no one closed the pool or cleaned it but the people at the front desk were absolutely no help to us. They said they knew nothing of it, even though the person who had reported it came with us. and that there was no manager to speak with because he was on vacation. We were booked for 2 nights and wanted to at least get our money back for the next night we were supposed to be staying so we could go to a better hotel but no one was any help. There was even more people swimming in the pool not to long after us so I don't think they ever even closed the pool! We called Wyndham and they were no help either just recorded our complaints and said we would get a call back which we haven't yet. I will never stay at this disgusting...
