New staff is clueless and customer service has gone way downhill. We’ve been coming to this location since it opened, typically 3+ times a week. The last few months have been awful but today was such a negative experience I won’t be coming back. I always mobile order ahead of time. Usually there’s still a bit of a wait but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere makes up for it. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:55. There were maybe 5 or 6 cars ahead of me - all of which had already ordered with the exception of 1. I told the girl taking orders I had a mobile order and she was super sweet. Fast forward half an hour I finally pull up to the window and am met with blank stares from 2 girls. No greeting, no “what’s your name/what was your order.” Just staring me dead in the eye in silence. Finally a third girl from behind them shouts “ask for her name” while she continues to just stare at the screen and then back at me. Girl in the back shouts again “ASK IF ITS FOR _” instead of just asking for my name herself as if I’m not 3 feet away from her. Finally the girl at the window picks up a drink and starts telling the other 2 girls that something says not paid (I mobile ordered and paid ahead of time) as she blankly stares and holds out my drink. Finally I just said “is that for _?” And she says “yeah” (the only thing she said to me the entire time) doesn’t say have a nice day or anything, just keeps looking at the screen and talking about something unpaid to the other girls. Finally I bluntly asked “am I good or do I need to pay for something?!” As these THREE girls are completely ignoring me to my face and she starts rambling about how it was for another order and they got mixed up. No apology, no pleasantries and nothing. I don’t know if it’s poor training or just lack of social skills because they’re so young but everyone today sucked minus the girl taking orders in the line. Also - what is the point of mobile ordering when you just make people wait in the same car or window line just to tell you they’ve arrived? Read moreI stopped here and ordered a latte. The girl that made my coffee handed it to me and said, "I double cup this because it's hot." I waited about 5 minutes before I took a drink of it, but it was still so hot that It burned my lip, my tongue, and the back of my throat going down. I went back and explain to them that it's dangerous to serve coffee that hot. The manager was very nice. The same girl that gave me the original coffee.Made me another coffee that was good. But I still have a burn on my lip and on my tongue. I'm also fairly certain that the girl that served me the coffee originally was laughing about the situation. Read moreI am extremely disappointed and would like a manager to reach out to me directly. My family and I had just stopped by this location today 11/16 around 11:10am. We ordered a two medium drinks, a large drink, and two kids waters. Then we redeemed a free welcome drink. I had the order typed in the app but ordered in person to pay cash and because it’s easier to just read from the app. The total should have been $11.80 but we were charged $14 something. I don’t know the exact change because we also were not given a receipt. In the app, that’s the total with a 20% gratuity added. They automatically added gratuity to our order.
