First of all, their ice cream is amazing. We WILL keep going here.

However, the communication around what time this place closes is quite frustrating. Twice we have attempted to give them business within their communicated business hours and have been turned away because they were closing early. The closing time says 9PM. The first time we arrived at 8:30PM, the door was locked, lights were off, and the employees didn't bother to come serve us; just gestured to us that they were closed. The second time was this evening. Again closing time at 9PM. We arrive at 7:57PM and they have locked the door, light offs, and are cleaning up. I go to the front door making it clear I want an answer as to why they aren't serving customers. A woman comes to the door to tell me they're closed. I said, your door says 9PM. She says, we're now closing at 8PM. I said, that is not communicated anywhere on the business nor on Google Maps. I told her they need to be clear with what their closing time is because we have attempted to give them business twice and have been closed earlier. Totally fine if you want to close early but technically we arrived BEFORE 8PM and we still were not served. Even if the closing time change is seasonal, it needs to be made known to customers...
