Sleep EXPERT Big Jon!!!!! ASK FOR HIM!! What an Incredible man to meet and have for a sales associate. I knew NOTHING, about mattresses, all i knew was my back was HURTING. I came into the store with my partner and what a selection we had! Here comes the knowledgeable an kind Big Jon, he really gets to know you and asks how you sleep at night to show you beds that will best suit you an your needs. Personally i have terrible sleep insomnia/apnea and have suffered from back an knee pain for majority of my life from sports. I Cannot tell you enough how awesome this man is; personable, kind and really cares about putting you in the bed that works for YOU! He ended up selling us a Sterns an Foster that WAS PERFECT, when i say this man is an EXPERT, he did his magic. To top it off, it was only the second mattress he had shown us and before showing us he even said “now this might be your winner” Man was he RIGHT! It was soft, cushiony, supportive, and came with some cool tech perks that he had shown us how to navigate. He talked about the sleep benefits that come with using the head/leg elevation tech. Had a wonderful experience with Mattress Firm’s salesman Junior on 4/17/19! We raced down to the store with only 10 minutes to spare before closing, we had already applied for their Progressive Leasing option through Big Lots and had an amount allocated to us that we could buy with. I asked Junior if we should come back the next day to make the purchase, buy he insisted that it was no problem and he was glad to work late to ensure that we got what we were looking for. He was wonderful to work with and he was very personable. Wow, now that’s customer service! He got on the phone to Progressive’s customer service department to liaison between us so that everything went flawlessly. We sealed the deal on a $2700.00 PowerBase 900 and we can’t wait to be sleeping on it soon! Junior even saved us over $150 in the process. I don’t think we could have went to a better place. I talked to JR through facebook since I seen he's post in the marketplace he was off that day and he still responded to all questions I've had. I was looking at the Purple mattress but they don't have it in stock at the NSB location and asked if I'm okay to drive to ormond mattress firm and he's friend will open it just to make me try the bed. I said I'll just check what they got in the NSB location. When I got there Jonathan was in there and help me. He suggested within our price range and he didn't push me to get the most expensive one. He explained everything and like JR, all my questions we're answered. I even lay in the bed for 30 mins and the other one for 15 mins so I can compare both.
