This hotel made me feel like I was in one of those scary places you see in the movies where all the crackheads live. The ceilings had been plastered many times within little to no attempt to cover its repair. The carpet had squares of places that had been cut out and replaced. There was a heater/ air-conditioner in the wall that had cardboard around it. My taxi driver was attacked by a man who was beating the window of the driver and cussing at him, loudly. I was scared for my life. The driver, nor myself, had any idea why this was happening. The driver walked me into the desk to check-in. The woman at the desk was nice but seemed to think nothing out of the ordinary with the crazed man The room smelled like cheap air-freshner. The furniture could have been purchased in a charity clothing, etc., store. I slept with my clothes on in case I had to get up and run. They were no signs of insects or rodents. I will never go there again!!!! I never found the free breakfast nor rnge free shuttle coming from the airport, hence the taxi. There was one in the morning to return to the airport.

Man this place gave us the hibbigeebies!! We only had to stay here for a night because our Airbnb wasn't ready for us when we flew in from HTX the first night in NYC. For a rinkadink room: The hallways smelled like weed and watch your steps because the carpeting in the hallways were coming apart and a hazard, no elevator, just some really steep stairs (not great if you're carrying big luggage), terrible plumbing (toilet takes like 10-15 minutes to flush and the septic tanks takes FOREVER to be refilled with water to flush again), the lights kept on turning off and on by itself (creepy), we had a view of a shipping container/loading dock (very sketchy), the shower water made weird noises when we turned it on to take a shower, no ventilation in the bathroom, we kept hearing weird noises and had nightmares sleeping. If you must stay here because it's on the cheaper end and have no other choice. I definitely recommend getting drunk before bed. The only perk was that there were like so many mirrors, not sure if that a perk or just plain creepy in general.

I'm not going to sugarcoat this. I feel I had to post a review. This place is not for the weak of heart. And it's misrepresented online. I paid over $100 to stay here and it's really not worth more than $50 and only because it's close to the airport. If you have a women with you or children I do not recommend unless you are used to slummy areas. Not derogatory just accurate. That's what the Inn is like. The people who work there are friendly enough and humbly embarrassed. It's not their fault. But the property is basically a slum. When I walked in there was a couple trying to decide on another place to stay because they couldn't handle the room. I checked in through bulletproof glass and when I got to the room nothing worked. I counted eight health and safety violations inside the room and I used to work for a hotel chain. If you need a place near the airport and are desperate this is your place. But it's not worth more than 50 bucks a night. I feel like I should have gotten a partial refund on what I paid.

Hi guys I usually don’t do reviews but I have to with this hotel so I was flying back from Europe an 8 hour flight keep in mind and booked this hotel days in advance they took my money so that money was missing from my account I talked with my booking agency to confirm it was not there fault and was told it was on the hotels fault. So what happened was they took my money days in advance, accepted my reservation, so it was confirmed I’ll have a room waiting for me, then they ended up refunding my money back to the booking agency the day of my reservation literally 5 hours before my flight was landing and I would be coming to the hotel to my room. Then obviously as everyone knows takes days to get that money back to your bank account therefore you’re out of that money for period of time. As well as having to try find hotel on the spot which as everyone knows is not easy to do near airport. What I can assume is I was getting a good deal on my room however someone else was paying more so they decided to refund me back and take the person paying more DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL YOUR MONEY because they might leave you stranded at airport hours before u arrive at there hotel they are not safe to book with as they are unreliable and steal peoples money so if your getting low price on room might as well not book with them because there going to cancel your reservation 3-5 hours before you arrive at there hotel your better off going to near by hotels by them pay little more and get better service and a nicer stay, trash service and a trash hotel I hope this helps people not have go through what I had to it was awful. There’s reason this hotel has so many bad reviews because it really is a...

Astonishingly terrible property. 1st room was in the basement of the building and had obvious water damage. The room stunk of mildew and the air was stale and humid.

I complained to the front desk and was given the room directly next door. The 2nd room had the same problem.

Went back to the front desk. They sent me to the third floor this time. The door was wide open as I approached my room which was odd. I soon realized it was because they were trying to get the smell of smoke out of the room. It stunk like burnt paper.

Smoke detector was not working which was funny because earlier in the office I observed a sign stating that if you really wanted a smoke detector you could get a "portable" one for your room.

Ceiling of the room had exposed wiring and when I went to exit the hotel the doors were locked so there's only 1 way to enter and leave the property.

While in the lobby there was another customer unhappy with their room. She asked for a refund because in her words the room was disgusting the staff laughed at her and said no. She was then told that giving refunds is no way to run a hotel business.

I was able to get a refund through the website I used to book the room only because the hotel had so many previous complaints.

Oh and the free shuttle. Well it doesn't actually take you to your terminal. You get dropped off at the air train which luckily runs often but costs $7 to use.

I have never seen a business operate in such a blatantly dishonest and unsafe manner. Hopefully they can either get their act together or...

The check in was easy, after getting my key key I was directed down stairs into the basement to find my room, the halls smelled moldy and horrible. Once I opened my room and walked in I knew I had make a terrible mistake. The room was nothing like the pictures, the carpet was stained and filthy, large pieces of the popcorn ceiling were peeling off and hanging. The room was freezing and I found the heater only blew cold air. The bed spread looked like it was from the 70's, the bed felt like laying on a stack of hay bales. The wall outlet box was pulled out of the wall and dangling by the wires, I carefully plugged my charger in and it did have power, I was praying that it didn't start a fire in the middle of the night. I slept a couple hours to be woken up by people screaming and trucks honking their air horns, after getting out of bed to look out my tiny dirty window I saw what the noise was. The hotel is located right next to a trucking distribution center and it was non stop yelling and honking. The bathroom smelled even worse than the room and moldy hallway. Once I got into the shower I quickly found the shower had two settings, lava or arctic ice water, no joke there was nothing in between! Getting out of the shower I had to be careful not to cut my feet because most of the floor tiles were cracked and pieces missing, leaving behind only sharp jagged edges. In conclusion this hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and in my opinion needs to...
