9-20-19 730 PM Shut them down open a Mcds or White Castle and get rid of existing employees that are there this place fckin sucks and is horrible I had a crispy chicken with cheese no tomato and it didn’t taste good at all and was very hard I don’t know why they fckin with people food for ITs BECAUSE OF US THEY HAVE A JOB!! absolutely disgusted and after reading all the comments I won’t ever shop there rather go to Howard beach one it’s worth the drive I was so damn hungry I didn’t want to throw out my sandwich ...they walk like snails and when you ask them for sauce they give a attitude like it’s not your sauce nor do you own it SERIOUSLY IF YOU DONT LIKE TO PREPARE FOOD FOR PEOPLE YOUR IN THE WRONG PLACE...I WILL PAY any AMOUNT WORTH OF TAX ELSEWHERE TO ENJOY MY FOOD AND ACTUALLY GET MY MONEYs WORTH....

Drive thru sucks staff very rude and no patience what so ever... paid 20 for 2meals and 1 sandwich alone all the bread were burnt and orders were not even corrected and many times ordered with cheese and paid for and no fckin cheese was put on sandwiches
IMPATIENT STAFF AT 4PM DRIVE THRU People at the window needs to be retrained! People at pickup window is usually good and take care of you
This location is very expensive and the fries suck stale fries full of salt never fresh at 330-500 the worst time to go and drive thru takes like 20 mins to order and pickup...
Read more01/08/2017 around 8:30 pm. We had a long day and decided to get the wonderful special 2 for 10 so the kids go sleep on time for school. The drive through crew messed up the order (which can happen) once we got home we found out two burgers missing and 4 onion rings instead of two fires two onion rings . Wife and I had to go back and the kids were forced to eat alone. This wasn't really the problem. It was the mannerism of the crew. No apologies ni sorry no please wait. She doesn't say a word. She calls the manager who also doesn't offer no apologies, only asks for a receipt, examines it, brings the burgers, brings (again) onion rings instead of fries, and when we tell him it's fries not onion rings, he kinda slams the bag on the side of the counter brings fries, slaps the window at us. We felt like all this was out fault and their the ones who ate mad at us. Meanwhile our kids got to eat their last weekend meal on their own and the whole point was to eat a fast meal together and kiss goodnight. There is a wonderful burger king not too far away in five towns with very well mannered staff and we won't be making the mistake to go back to...
Read moreThe impossible whopper seems to be made to order yet the employees seem to get angry when you order this item. One of the employees yelled and cursed at me because I had to wait 15 minutes plus for my food and wanted to check to make sure I had what I ordered. When I got home, my sandwich was nasty, it was wrapped inside out, it was sloppy, just messy with nasty wilted lettuce. I just started eating at Burger King because of the impossible burger but the customer service and the ill prepared sandwich, I think I’ll pass, the sandwich is good but not good enough to be verbally abused and given something inedible. The way the employee spoke to me and threw a sauce as I drove off in addition to over cooked onion rings and the sloppy sandwich I’ll pass and let all my vegetarian friends know that it is a problem to order this sandwich which is not worth the stress. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with Burger King, is this the way you do business? Is this the way you treat and serve customers? BTW, this happened 3 times at this specific location.
