WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. Traveling with my grandmother and 6 month old son. We rented the "Handicapped" room. I'll start from the inside and work my way in. There is only 1 Handicapped parking spot which was only open 2 times during our 4 day stay. My grandmother walks with a walker and has a difficult time at that; so im behind with her things and my baby and our things, not that I expect the door to be opened but being they watched us struggle in the door with no other customers waiting I though possibly they could have gotten up to help but no. Checking in was a nightmare as the online rates are not the same as the desk rates. We get to the room and my grandmother wanted to take a shower as we got the room specifically for the walk in, but there is no chair. I ask for one and they bring in a metal chair.. ( the kind you sit at during school events) Our room was clean and stocked BUT we had no housekeeping. Beds were not touched, garbage was not taken out, and no new towels. We thought strange but maybe tomorrow.... we were gone the whole following day and returned to a still untouched room. Diapers by now are piling up and smelling oh so wonderful.. I went out to the front desk and asked if someone could get our garbage and if we could get some towels.. The man must have understood me but didn't speak English which i have nothing against but makes it hard when you have questions or concerns.. Another man came out and gave me towels and a garbage bag AND TOLD ME I COULD TAKE MY GARBAGE OUT TO THE DUMPSTER AROUND THE CORNER !!! They never came and got our towels so I took them out to the front desk and asked if they could take them then asked if our room could be cleaned tomorrow and no answer. Our room was not cleaned the next day. They knocked on the door 20 minutes before our last days check out time and I turned them down and said they could clean when we left. What was the point now?! Out of the 4 days we were there it was during the week and there were never more than 7 cars in the lot so being busy was not an acceptable excuse. I will never stay here again. Read moreDO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! I am not usually one to complain at all but this was the second worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life and we do a lot of traveling. There was no elevator in the building so we had to carry everything up the stairs. I'm pretty sure this is against building code. Upon arrival in the room there was lamp that was not working and a huge stain on the comforter, and the shower curtain was filthy, and hair on the walls in the shower. The next morning when I went to make coffee I found that the coffee pot had not been cleaned from previous use. The coffee pod was still in there covered in mold. It was disgusting. Next thing I discovered was that the blow dryer didn't work. Luckily I had brought mine from home. Upon returning from an exhausting day at the races we came back to discover that our room had not been cleaned all day so we didn't have any clean towels, etc. to take showers. I went down to the front desk to complain. He asked if we had put a "do not disturb" sign on the door and I said no - we were at the races all day. He then just made excuses for the housekeeper saying that they make mistakes so they must have missed our room. He said I was being rude about it and asked me to leave. I said I was not leaving without clean towels. He did give me some towels and then said I could bring the dirty towels to him so he could wash them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? Read moreWe have stayed around 6 weeks at almost 400$ a week. My husband, a veteran, travels for work and is currently working nights so he sleeps mornings. The front desk people are extremely rude other than one older woman that works. Because he sleeps we avoid housekeeping in the morning and clean our own room when it’s convenient. Today the owner informed me we are no longer able to use their vacuum and since it’s not “her job” to vacuume we will have to wait for housekeeping tomorrow. The vending machine doesn’t work and has stolen money from us multiple times, we have yet to be refunded the washer and dryer are over priced and the dryer conveniently stops right before your laundry is dry forcing you to either pay to dry your clothes again or hang them to dry. There is one employee who works at night who sometimes babysits while working and if you ask her anything she states I don’t know, like how to order pay per view. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and this will be our last week here I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The fridge does not work and the shower leaks.
