Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Newton

Came here at 4 pm on a Wednesday. Wasn’t expecting 5 star treatment or anything but after I ordered which was average, everything went downhill. When my ordered was called the older heavy-set blonde basically threw my bag across the counter at me. The food was subpar putting it lightly. The fries for my order of nacho fries were old and cooked in chicken grease. The nachos were plain (just meat and cheese), but even the meat was tough like it had been made this morning. The burrito supreme was ok until about halfway through I took a bite and to my dismay got a mouth FULL of onion. . . It’s almost as if they put quadruple the amount of onions for the whole burrito in only one half of the burrito. Traveling through, but I’ve made note to NEVER stop here again. It’ll be a while before I eat any Taco Bell again due to this...

I just went to this location and picked up food. Every single item I got was messed up. 2 crunch wraps I ordered as steak, not even wrapped correctly, not grilled and NOT made with steak. Crunchy shells both completely broken and smelled stale like how are you supposed to even eat that. 2 beefy 5 layers not even wrapped into a burrito both ends are open, 2 chulupas both crunchy when they are supposed to be soft like flat bread. The only thing that was correct was my drinks chicken nuggets and fries…I am extremely disappointed with my visit. I was the only person in the drive thru and no customers inside the building and still waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. $52 for completely...

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, and taco Bell is the only fast food I'll eat. I go there at least once a week (guilty pleasure) and I've been to hundreds of them. Never have I left a review for a fast food place. This was so bad I would rather go to a grocery store and get a can of sardines, than go here ever again. Crunchy tacos had barely any meat, almost no lettuce and a few strands of cheese. The beef burrito had almost no beef in it, it was stuffed full of rice. It was disgusting.
