This is by far the worst business and worst hotel in all of washington. We stayed here one night and had one of the worst experience of our life. In the first 15 minutes we found a cockroach come scudding across the bath room floor to great us. We let the front desk know of our disgusting discovery and they mumbled there way around it basically trying to make us feel bad for bringing it up and telling us we should just be thank ful to have a place to stay. All was fine until 3:00 am when we were awoken by a fire alarm. We made our way to the lobby to find other folks gathered in front of the front desk while the desk clerk stared into the abyss and literally did nothing other than silence the alarm. Minutes go by and a man appears from room 123 which was under our friends room staying in 223 and 225. The man who appeared said there was 2 inches of water in his room and coming from the ceiling since water travels down hill it must becoming from above aka our friends rooms. we venture up stairs and find our friends abandoning ship as they tried desperately to get there items out before they were drowned with the rest of this sinking ship. It took us calling the fire department for them to come investigate the cause of this wild amount of water guessing 1000 gallons plus of the buildings Fire suppression system was pouring through the ceiling. At no time did anyone from the hotel go to inspect what was happening in these two room yet alone the rooms under or adjacent to which were also filling with water. Upon arrival of the fire department the hotels employees acted completely inept to the situation as the fire chief ripped them a new one for silencing the alarm and not investigated what had happen. Our friends were given a new non cleaned room for the night and the next day when asked for a refund or percentage there of we were told once again we should all just be happy we had a place to stay. these morons the next day did not even know what rooms had water damage or that in the middle of the night they had people climbing out windows with there luggage to escape the flooding AND WE WITNESSED THE FIRE DOOR HANDLE LITERALLY JUST FALL OF FOR NO REASON. Because the fire suppression system had failed they were told by the fire department that they needed to do roving fire guard until it was repaired which they looked like the fire department was spoken to a broken wall that had no intentions of listening to them and failed to do so after. DO NOT EVER stay here Hotel has PEST, TERRIBLE HOSPITALITY, AND THE BUILDING IS LITERALLY DANGEROUS AND THEY HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF REPAIRING IT.

Cleanliness lacking, and overall negligence on the hotel's part. Good restaurant. We booked for one night during off season, beginning of May. When we arrived at the destination to check in the process had taken 30 min. The desk person was nice enough. When we opened the door to the room it was the same temperature as outside; around 35°f, or 1°C. Turns out they left the window open to the outside, and the heater had taken about 8 hours to heat up. We did a walkthrough of the room and discovered a leak under the sink, which we brought up to front desk but he didn't seem interested in doing anything about it. We also found a hairball plastered on the shower wall which in my opinion would have been impossible to miss if the room had been cleaned. One of the pillows also had a small speck of blood on it as well as little particulates of food/dust on the dresser and end table. The floor had visible scraps of tissue paper on it and the vent cover seemed to be coming off the wall. In the meantime we visited the attached restaurant in the hotel and it had great food and service. We though that by the time we returned from eating the room would be warm. Turns out the heater isn't very powerful and we decided to head to bed anyways. I do not believe proper time was taken to clean our room, that is, if they even cleaned it. When check-out time came, there was a different person at the counter, and he was on his phone talking the whole time. During the check-out process I couldn't tell if he was talking to me or his phone which was pretty irritating.

We stayed here for an event at the nearby park and had a good experience. For the price we paid, ($200 Canadian) the quality wasn't as high end as I expected, but overall, we enjoyed the Inn. The furniture was a bit outdated, but still in very good quality, and the bathroom clearly had a lot of recent renovations. It had a marble like flooring, which was beautiful, and brand new toilet, and if you have mobility problems, it had bars along the shower wall and around the toilet walls. The room included a hair dryer, ironing board, ice bucket, two small single use shampoo bottles, (no conditioner), two bar soaps, two plastic glasses, a coffee maker, coffee packets, sugar and powered milk, and they delivered more coffee immediately when we called and asked. The curtains in the room left a bit to be desired. They were missing quite a few clips and were partially hanging off the window. One of the lamps in the room didn't work, and upon inspection, it was because there was no light bulb in it. Looked like somebody had taken out the burned out bulb and hadn't replaced it with a new one. We didn't call about that though, so the light is still like that. They had placed a new air conditioner in the room which worked very well and that was a major bonus. The beds were a bit too hard for me, but my husband loved them. The Inn was full when we stayed there but it was still very quiet and well run. My photos speak for themselves, attached to this review.

I've stayed here a dozen times or so over the years. This is definitely more of a warm (usually) place to crash while enjoying outdoor activities nearby. They do very little in the way of maintenance/capital improvements and it shows. Lower level rooms are pet friendly, which is great, but I can tell by the way my dog sniffs around continuously that the carpet surfaces have been urinated on numerous times and not cleaned well, with bleach stains obvious in numerous rooms. My dog is well trained, but it takes all his resolve not pee inside this place he can tell its been pissed all over. If you book a room, pretty much plan on some advertised amenity being unavailable or out of service. Sensitive ski types should not usebthe pool/hit tub as one of my family and a friend have had a rash or burn.

This last stay last weekend took the cake though. I left the dog at home so I could get a cleaner room upstairs and have a peaceful ski weekend. Fire alarm activated at 3am Sunday morning causing about an hour and a half of panic, some people were fleeing saying the roof was collapsing, others were yelling the building was on fire, and yet others were saying it flooded. As dumb as it sounds, I did not evacuate, as I ve stayed here enough to come to expect late night partiers to set off the alarm by smoking in their rooms sometimes. I told my kids to stay in the room and walked the halls to make sure there was no fire or that the roof was not collapsing. Turned out the fire sprinkler pipe burst upstairs and multiple rooms were flooding. Management was totally inept and made the people looking for refunds or other rooms feel like crap and like they were the problem. Many people grabbed their belongings and could be heard screaming profanities outside as they left. People were demanding to know if the building was safe and management declined to engage directly to people assembled in lobby and never gave any update at all to individual rooms. As mentioned in another review, the door handle/commercial opener for the fire door literally fell off in the panic. Guests used the bar to keep the door propped open so people could exit without the door locking. This was good for those who needed to get out, but would be horrible in a real fire as this door is meant seal off a part of the hotel to prevent airflow/flamespread. I was pretty much awake from 3am-5:30am when the fire department left. In the morning, I went to front desk and asked for 45 min-1 hour late check out and manager said no originally, I then said that was not gonna work after all the B.S. from the night before and he responded "Fine" but that after an hour I would be charged. I then demanded to know why guests weren't notified about fire alarm and why no one ever gave an evacuate or all clear notice and he just refused to address it and looked at clock and said I had until 12pm to be out.

I knew what I was getting into before this stay, but I now also know safety is not a priority at all. In a real emergency you will be on your own to figure what to do. Sadly, I probably will stay here again, as they have a monopoly on hotel rooms at the Pass. It could be a great place, but until ownership starts putting money back in to it and initiates some form of customer service, it will continue to degrade. It is not a destination place to come and hang out, it is a sometimes warm room that may or may not have damage in the room. Complaints will only get a slight eye roll from staff and they will do as little for you as they can and hope you go away.

The only great thing about this place is it is right next to West Ski Area access.

Book at your own risk, know before you go, and bringing sleeping bags to sleep on top of the bed is...

The front desk lady was incredibly kind but some angry man who worked there (possibly the owner?) came and rudely banged on our door late at night and treated us like garbage for no reason.

At first glance, this place looked awesome. Amazing location in the mountains, pancake restaurant attached, across the street from another restaurant and a brewery, not horrible pricing because it was the off season, allowed pets; however, the minute we got there things started going downhill.

The first room they assigned us had a horrendous smell. It was like walking into the inside of a pair of hiking boots that had been worn for a year in the heat non-stop. It wasn't close to bearable so my husband and I went and requested a different room. The lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating, she put us in the room right next door.

The room itself was fine, not spectacular, not horrible. It was certainly much better than the first room so we settled in.

We thought all was well but come 10:30 at night, our evening was interrupted by intense, non-stop banging on our door accompanied by a man's voice yelling "Front desk!!". I opened the door and was immediately met with a very angry looking man rudely asking "Why are you in here?". I figured this may be due to confusion about switching rooms, maybe the front desk woman didn't update our listing or something so I calmly explained the situation, saying the woman at the front desk moved us because our initial room had a smell, and his response was "Which woman?? Was she short?? Are you staying here? When are you leaving?" At this point my husband walked up behind me which seemed to get this man off my back a little, but even then he kept demanding answers and treating us like we were misbehaved children when we paid to be there. It was completely uncalled for and incredibly rude. I can forgive a smelly room if handled appropriately (which it was) but that kind of behavior is unacceptable and thus I can't recommend staying here.

We had a delicious but over priced breakfast at the pancake shop in the morning and had a lovely interaction with a different man working the front desk, but we high-tailed it out of there as soon as...
