Sleep Number — Hotel in Oʻahu

We had an amazing experience at this Sleep Number. Natalie is who helped us and we couldn't be more grateful. She was super knowledgeable about the product and walked us through everything from start to finish. They start with getting you a sleep number and giving you a demo. You definitely feel the difference right away and you can see on the monitors how it relieves the pressure off your back. They have a ton of different models and choices and Natalie spent the time to explain each one. She never tried to upsell or pressure us into something we didn't want at anytime. We felt good about getting a mattress, sheets and a heat dispersing mattress cover. Still on the fence about it but I can honestly say we haven't been hit at all since using any of the cooling technology stuff. The next amazing group from this store was the delivery team, they are legit Sleep number employees and they are just as knowledgeable as anyone out there. They came in set everything up and we're complete professionals. I've had a gone back a few times with questions and had a great time getting answers. Ok so I finally decided to write my review after having this bed for 5 months.. First off, this bed is AMAZING!. No more back problems and waking up in aches and pains.. Back in March hubby and I did some shopping at Target and stumbled across this store. We walked in wanting to inquire about these beds.. We were immediately greeted by Natalie. Not knowing a thing about these beds and how they work, she took the time to educate us on how these beds are and the difference in all the models.. We got on one of the beds and she found our sleep number.. She was not the average pushy sales person either.. But after trying the bed out we immediately wanted one.. Good thing because if your wanting to purchase a bed it has to be ordered and takes about 2 months.. We ended up buying the I10 along with some pillows, sheets, blankets, headboard and sidewings.. The only down fall is our order got a little mixed up.. The bed came in May but my headboard and sidewings came in June.. The men who delivered the bed were very polite and when they set your bed up they give you a little training as well.. I'm so happy we came across this store we will definitely buy another bed...

Sleep Number Kapolei does not have any inventory on island. I ordered a bed waited 4 weeks for delivery. A week prior to delivery I called and verified my delivery date and time with Carmen. She assured me the shipment was on schedule. Two days prior to delivery I received two text and one email confirmation for delivery. On the morning of delivery (I took the day off work) I removed my old bed and cleared the room per instructions provided by Sleep Number. While in the 3 hour delivery window Sleep number sent me an email ( no text or call) telling me the delivery was being postponed for 3 WEEKS!!! Not acceptable at all. If this is how Sleep Number treats customers from the sales and delivery side, I would not want to deal with their service department if I had an issue with my bed after delivery. Ended up cancelling my order and go to another bed company since I disposed of my prior bed already. Please beware of buying from this company until they invest in a warehouse and start stocking...
