Zack Thomas made our experience the best, from start to finish. We had no intention of even stopping in, we did online searches and found the best price for our item from a competitor, after being greeted by the competitor we quickly realized we did not want to do business with them, the salesman was pushy and quoted a 2 week delivery, when we asked about online ordering he said you can do that but I won't get a commission. We asked about other items and he acted like we were wasting his time. We left and saw Mattress Firm next door and on a whim, decided to go in. Zack greeted us with humor, was happy to see us and was very helpful. We told him we stopped at the competitor next door as they had better pricing... Zack matched the prices for us! Plus delivery was the next day! We told him about our experience at the first place and instead of adding to the negative encounter he simply told us more positive things about Mattress Firm. He could have added negative comments about the competition, but he kept it professional and did not say anything negative about the other company. He gained my respect for that alone. Wife and I stopped by the Mattress Firm to get information and see all the bed selections up close. We definitely needed a new mattress but we were still in the "research" phase of shopping for a new bed. Zach, the manager, greeted us and spent time talking with us to help us clearly define what we were looking for in a new bed. Zach was genuinely concerned with helping us solve all our sleep concerns.

After we found what we wanted, Zach provided purchase options and fully explained return /exchange options just incase we needed to fine tune our sleep experience. Plus, the Mattress Firm's price guarantee made the purchase decision easy.

Had sleep expert Zack, very nice guy super personable and very knowledgeable about the product. What I really appreciated was Zack’s ability to “multi-task” or even command multiple groups of people at once’s. While in the store two older couples came in who need much more help than I did. Zack was swift to adjust his approach to provided me with the information I needed to independently test mattress (which I’m always down to shop alone) so he could give more attention where it was needed.
