Jesus Christ where do I start?!? Every room is filled with roaches the reviews aren’t lying about that disgusting beyond filthy they have housekeeping but the rooms aren’t clean the walls are putrid the floors aren’t swept or mopped I had to buy my own cleaning products and roach spray the sheets were beyond filthy full of stains I bought my own sheets and mattress covers from Walmart towels disgusting and stained tv don’t work mine kept cutting off randomly the shower had hair all on the walls absolutely disgusting I’m pissed I spent my money here!! I usually don’t trust reviews but boy oh boy these reviews are spot on! This place is beyond disgusting they have house keeping for nothing! They don’t clean the rooms properly at all someone should call the health department on these people! I slept with the light on just to keep the roaches away! Very inconvenient these ppl don’t care they are Indians who only care about the money not the ppl who keep them in business this place should be shut down I recorded everything took pics and I will be reporting them place is ghetto filthy surrounded with drug addicts crackheads street walkers I had what seemed to be 5 people in one room staying next to me every night they were arguing loudly outside my room door smoking weed which smelled directly into my room it was the most unplesant stay I ever had anywhere! the only thing they would do about the roaches is give you boric acid and roach spray which didn’t work! Not once did they apologize or call a pest control to come and again housekeeping is useless! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE IF YOU HAVE A CAR SLEEP IN YOUR CAR IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE DO NOT STAY HERE! I ALSO FORGOT TO ADD WHEN I STRIPPED THE BED AND LOOKED AT THE ACTUALLY MATTRESS IT HAS PISS STAINS ALL OVER IT!!! I WAS DISGUSTED! Which is what led me to go buy my own mattress covers from Walmart isn’t HOUSEKEEPING SUPPOSE TO CHANGE THAT?!? Exactly useless...

First of all I want to say is that the people behind the counter are great. The two guys were superfriendly and nice. But….

Having to pay a deposit of 50 dollars to make sure you won’t destroy a room that’s already basically destroyed is 🤦🏼‍♀️ . Honestly they should give the people staying there 50 dollars deposit which they can return if they survive the night. Cause yes that bad was it.

So first off we stayed in a room with no warm water and a sink that didnt drain. The amount of holes in the wall made me think someone released their anger in the bathroom. The neighbors had an axe laying in front of the window… very promising right? The two guys behind the desk didn’t hesitate at all and put us in a different room. The room itself was a bit of an improvement but oh boy! The rest was awful. I never been scared in the USA until now. There’s people living in this hotel.. and I can tell you…. It‘a scary. Drugsuse, loud music until 5 am, sketchy people. And then the Rodeway Inn made me sign that I wouldn’t allow people over after 10 pm.

I filed a complaint about this at Expedia asking for a refund … you know what they do? They call the hotel to ask if your story is correct. Which hotel will say “ oh she’s totally right, our place is a dump “ ?! Exactly they won’t! Apparently is paid 100 dollars for an one of a kind experience instead of sleep… They said no to a refund and I’m just hating on Expedia cause they have a place like this in their listings…. I trusted them. But I won’t do that anymore . I’ll make sure I’ll read reviews first...

If I could give this motel less than one star, I would. We checked in late at night. There were many people loitering outside of the motel, all over the parking lot. We could hear the loitering people all night long from inside our room. The desk worker gave us a room that we could not open. When we reported this to him, he said he knew it had a faulty lock. Once we got into the new room, which was adjacent to the first room, the room was full of odd fumes. The bed cover had black mold on it. Also, in the original room (the one you couldn’t enter because of the faulty lock), there was a smoke detector beeping all night long which we could hear very clearly. The bed was also very very uncomfortable. Between the noises, the bed, and the concern for our overall safety and the safety of our vehicle, we hardly slept. In the morning, we tried to shower. After running the water for over 10 mins on hot, it never got warm. Upon checking out, we reported all of our issues to the morning workers. The three different workers gave conflicting stories as to why the water wasn’t hot. One of the employees even admitted that they knew there was an issue with the water, but the manager settled on a story that there was nothing wrong, but that they had the water “as hot as the state of Florida will allow”. They were very confrontational, inhospitable, and very unprofessional. We asked for a full refund. They would not do this, and even said that they room was “clean”. They did refund us less then 1/4 of the price...
