This is a very nice and clean RV Park. I had a friendly neighbor come and welcome me to the park upon arrival and gave me some tips as I am new to RVing. I had full 50 Amp water and sewer hook up and there are Wi-Fi boosters all around the park. They sell propane, have a large clean pool, places to do laundry and take showers. There are many permanent 55 and older residents living here but all were welcoming to us and allow younger families to stay during tourism season. The park has a standard 10 year and older RV policy but all I had to do was send in photos of my 2000 sportscoach and was quickly approved. We chose this spot because it is directly across the street from Silver Springs state park and we able to walk from one place to the other and enjoy our day. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

We've been here for about two months now for the winter season. We've enjoyed staying here overall. We were very happy they allowed our kind dog. Most permanents and campers have been very friendly and nice. The few times we have minor problems with our electric/plumbing, maintenance has been quick to respond and they are always very polite. The grounds are kept well and it is clean. The location is convenient with grocery stores nearby and Silver Springs State park across the street. Great walking trails there. If you don't like a noisy road, ask the office to place you away from 40 and 55th Ave. If we travel back to this area, we would definitely make reservations again. Definitely one of the nicest parks in the Ocala area. We checked out many others and were not impressed.

Just tried to book a reservation with this "people". I was told, my Airstream wasn't "pretty enough" for us to stay there!... WOW! They had me send pictures of our Airstream (which is vintage), UNBELIEVABLE!!! My husband will be adding another review with pictures of our Airstream. Just an FYI for awesome people out there, read the reviews so you know to what kind of people you're giving your money to. YW! 😉

This is large park with permanent, seasonal, and short term guests. Spots are mostly shaded, and it appeared that the sunny spots were reserved for taller class A motorhomes. It is across the street from the beautiful Silver Springs State Park, and a local water park. Shopping and several restaurants are within an easy mile and a half walk, with good sidewalks and crossings. The park facilities are well kept and clean. Propane is available at the office and at a nearby mechanic's shop. Each site has its own mailbox; get your key from the office. There are regularly scheduled park activities, and during my stay there was a visiting act from Branson along with a catered dinner. Valentine's Day also had a saw a special event sponsored by the park staff. No park is without downsides, and Camper's Garden has them. They are mostly in the fees and other costs. I stayed for a month; your fees may be structured differently. Just be sure to ask for specifics when you call. In addition to the site rental, there was cable (I don't have a tv but still had to pay), electricity by the kWh, water, and sewer. There's a laundry room, and it'll cost you $2 for washing and another $2 for the dryer. It's $2 because that the maximum number of quarter slots on the machines. WiFi is free at the office and maybe 20 feet outside. At your camper it'll cost you. I did not buy it. Despite the nits, I would probably stay here again if I was in the area. Park staff were friendly and helpful. Other residents were also outgoing and seemed happy to live there. Give the park a call, and see the sights...

We stayed here Jan- March 6th 2023. First the good, it's a decent park, friendly people and ok bath/showers and laundry room. Laundry is $2 alot cheaper than off property. The pool was nice.

Now the bad, they never had the propane working the entire 2 months they said no one was certified. They constantly ran out of paper towels in the men's bathroom. The showers are dated and I'd replace the plumbing fixtures. The roads need repaved many lots hold water. They said nothing could be done. They ran out of propane at the laundry once in that 2 months. The new management needs to communicate better. I spoke with a lower manager about reserving a space next year, the upper manager was right there. I found a good spot, she told me the other lady at the desk would help her get the reservation set up and she would either call me or I could stop back in with my credit card info to finalize the reservation. I stopped in the next day with my credit card. I was told by yet another lady that I had to go 3 months so my request for 2 months was denied. The other 2 managers could have told me about this new rule the day before. Im not able to stay 3 months but they did not care I guess no exceptions. No mention about that. Maybe try better communication they lost several potential renters the same time I was in the office for the same thing. They told me I could try later this summer. I'll never stay there again. The shuffleboard and Bocci courts are worn...

Called and booked a reservation. Told them had motorhome 35 feet plus work van and SUV needed a site to accommodate. I arrived on site F-12 cramped like a sardine. I had told them our motorhome had 3 slide outs when asking if they had any sites available. Both our vehicles were hanging out in the VERY narrow road, we were not able to fully open 1 of our slides or we would be touching the power pole. On the door side we could step out but putting out our awning would have more than likely touched the seasonal home next to us. We decided not to stay due to it being so cramped. Went to office and let them know we were not going to take the site after all. Lady in office Gail was very snarky and said we don’t give refunds. I told her we haven’t even been here for a full 2 hours and this is just not going to work for us. We are no longer on the site and said you cannot just keep $400 for nothing. She said manager was not there and they would have to give me a call. As of yet no call from anyone regarding a refund. Do not stay here if you have a good size rig. Customer service is definitely not what this...
