Dirty, no blow dryer, iron but no ironing board! Musty smell in room! A outlet did not have a cover plate on it! Outlets were all behind furniture and hard to reach! Ice machine and coke machine both out of order! 1 tiny sliver soap bar and 1/2 oz of shampoo was all that was in room! No coffee sticks to stir coffee when adding sugar or creamer! No cover to ice bin in room! Husband reserved room under Steve but the guy did not want to give it to him because his ID said Stephen! Guy was very rude! Told my husband his should be Steven and was spelled wrong and thought it was a fake ID even though the last name and address all verified! The security doors to the building at the side entrances did not lock even at night! Anyone could walk in that did not have a room! You could tell our for had been busted in but it did lock! Got beck yo hotel needed to go to bathroom really bad and the key card did not work! Had to go to office and wait in line to get it recorded to work! TV cable was no good! All sports, infomercials! Room was very dark not good lighting! We only had 3 hangers for cloths! No luggage rack had to lay luggage on TV table to get to stuff! Lots of cob webs in room! Shower curtain was dingy and stained! This use to be a very nice place to stay when going home to visit but not anymore! Bed was very hard! Pillows were small and flat even though we each had 2! No hot water at bathroom sink had to use ice odor to fill sink! Then the sink stopper did not work so still so hot water at sink! Pictures show the room looking really vid with a couch area! Just had a office chair and the place to sit was on the bed! We had a suite with a jacuzzi and dirty grit burst out of the jets when we turned it on! This black needs to be totally remodeled or destroyed and rebuilt! Will not return after always staying her...

My husband and I stay here every other month for normally just a night, just as a small get away from home, I've never had a single issue here at all. Room is always clean, if I need anything the people working the desk are always nice and ready to help without making my socially awkward self feel weird. It may not be the nicest hotel around but it's always comfortable. Housekeepers are also super kind if you happen to pass by them in the mornings! 5/5 from us!

Update: 7/1/2022 Sad to say but our stay over this past weekend will probably be our last with Super 8. The room was clean(ish), floor was picked up but there was alllll kinds of different..things...along the wall. A bug, a few different nails. Sadly a humans. Sheets stained, mattress highly uncomfortable, the box spring was absolutely nasty, I was kinda concerned the side had a blood stain.. When first arriving to check in, I asked if the room had a hair dryer in it, was told it should have. From multiple prior stays, I've always had to ask for one, after going to the room and taking a shower, i went to the desk to ask for one, she questions whether or not there was one in there, gets me one, and I explain that she normally has to grab me one that's why I asked earlier, and she says "so you only stay in rooms without hair dryers?". Really made me feel as if she was accusing me of stealing one, even though i asked before we even got to the room. I did not complain about the room, never have caused any issues, and thought very positively of this place. We went this past weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday, we had a very stressful past few days and couldn't wait to get checked in and relax, but instead was made to feel more...

I have stayed at this location for three yrs in a row and I think this will be my last yr staying here. My husband and I were hunting 2 wks ago. We checked into the hotel and had it booked for 5 nights. Night 2 I went in the fridge and there were a couple ants in there. The fridge didn’t have anything open, it was mostly water and other beverages. I called the front desk and the man at the counter offered to spray, I said no thank you, I had all my hunting gear in the room descended and the spray makes me sick, he said well then you will need to wait till morning and housekeeping will clean it. I said and what about comping me some money on this night, he said he could not do that and tomorrow I need to check out and he will rent the room to someone else. I cleaned the fridge and I don’t think housekeeping was ever told about it. I waited till i got home and called the location for corporates number and spoke with Mr. Patel, insisted I speak with him first, the manager, who assured me this would be taken care of and he would call me back in 24 hrs with a resolution. It has been one week and I haven’t heard from anyone! It is unfortunate because housekeeping was super sweet and the location was good. But there will be another hotel open over there next yr and that is where I may...

hot water heater went out, so we decided to get a hotel room for the night. We went for a king sized hot tub room, because, hey, why not? First, the only positives: hot water and good water pressure, and the clerk who checked us in was quite friendly. Now the negatives: mold on the ceiling, ants, spiders. The light fixture was falling out of the ceiling. The smoke detector was hanging by the wiring. The microwave was crushed. The mattress was an ancient spring mattress, that was ridiculously uncomfortable, the headboard had an inch-thick layer of dust. There were piles of dirt and ashes along the walls and in the corners. Only 2 towels were provided in a king-sized room with a hot tub (huh???). The "new" bag provided to put laundry in was splattered with what looked like soda (guess that explains the ants!) There was broken glass under the sink. The bathtub had a "leak", and by leak, I mean it wouldn't turn all the way off and we had to listen to water running all night. The room above us had what sounded like a herd of children running back and forth and stomping until after midnight. I cannot recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are several other hotels in town, and I very much regret not booking one of those.

Staff was nice enough. But wow. Do yourself a favor and stay at the new Best Western down the street. We are staying in Olney for a funeral, and were told it was all booked for the night we were requiring. That brings us here. Twice we pulled into the parking lot and people were hanging out in lawn chairs and on tailgates drinking beers. If you stay upstairs, be prepared to walk up two flights of steps with all your belongings because there’s no elevator. The carpet was sticky and stained and the entire hotel reeked of cigarettes. There was an old pit of some fruit on one of the windowsills in the hallway. Pulled down the sheets and there were yellow stains and hair. Lots of it behind mattress as well. I only know because I felt it necessary to check for bed bugs. There was a previous guest’s dirty comb on the floor. The carpet is dark so you can see all the dirt and hair in the crevices. I started questioning whether anyone even REALLY cleans here. It’s a cheap hotel, so wasn’t sure what to expect. But it really surpassed my tolerance of nastiness. Outdated wouldn’t be an issue if it were just clean. I’m scared to try the “continental breakfast”.

Unfortunately this place is way under invested in. It is time to spend some money and bring this place back to a livable condition. Tile in bathroom is so broken that it moves under your feet. The second floor still smells like smoke since the first floor is smoking. The first room we got smelled so bad we had to change to a second one. Smelt like urine. Tried to have cereal for breakfast and it tasted sour. The only good quality was the lady at the front desk was nice and tried hard but it looks like ownership has set the staff up for failure.
