Mis Tres Potrillos Olney — Restaurant in Olney

I heard about this place in the grapevine from friends who live out this way. They told me it can be a hit or miss restaurant and tonight was a complete miss!!

When I first came in I wasn't greeted and the restaurant wasn't that full. When the server came over she was very short lipped with my husband and I. I don't know if it was because you could tell that were were out of towers but still you should serve service with a smile or at least say small amount of respect.

She took us to a corner booth away from the other tables and then we waited and waited. After 15 minutes the server came and took out drinks order which she came back with pretty quickly. Then the waiting game started again. About 20 mins later she finally came over to take our order.

It was a pretty simple order no changes or any specific requests and they still messed it up. We had to wait an extra 30 mins for the remake and I feel like I was in line at Disneyland with no end in site with the waiting game this place gave me. Yes if they have to remake it I get it can take about 10 mins but another 30 mins? That was just ridiculous especially when you can see the crew talking and goofing off

We only half finished the meal because I assume they didn't realize that I can understand Spanish and the lovely nicknames and complaints about myself and my husband.

I will not recommend this place to any of my family that travels and the friends in town did warn me but they said the food would make up for the service and as a worker of 20 years in customer service and the patience of the Pope I cannot condone or give them a break for how they treated us and how they spoke about us.

Please try to do better in the future and if you don't like your job then don't do it and take time in your life to find something you enjoy so you can smile more and atelast treat othes the way you...

The last two time I got food from there my order was wrong. First time I ordered churos with my order, didn't get them. The second time ordered chimichanga dinner with chicken instead of beef. Now guacamole. Was supposed to have two chimichanga only got one. Also got guacamole on it. Asked for light vegetables got alot. Also wanted grilled chicken, got fried. Called at 4:30 pm and wanted it for 5:00 pm. They said it would be done. Well it wasn't they didn't even have the order I put in. I don't eat out much but when I do I like Mexican. I've been in this town for 10 months and this place is getting worse each time I go in. There is another Mexican restaurant in town I' m going to try that one next. All I ask is when I call an order in get it right. You don't have delivery and maybe that's good cause no one will get their order correct. If the order is wrong...

Stopped by on our road trip and YUM!!! Seasoning in everything is lovely and there were some flavors and spices we love that we don't see as often! The chips and salsa at the beginning were DELICIOUS and fresh. The lunch special is a super good deal and plenty of food! I got the vegetarian fajitas, which weren't as grilled as I would've liked them to be (lil more soft than charred), and was a lot of bell peppers and onions than mushrooms. BUT still tasty! And I asked for the Lunch #8 burrito if it could be the vegetarian potato burrito and they did it for me! I super loved that potato burrito (who wouldn't love potatoes in a tortilla! :D) Overall, I wouldn't mind stopping here again my next time...
