I've waited 3 weeks to comment about this to cool off. So bad I'm afraid to go back. Came here after ms talent show ordered $22 worth of food got a receipt then they said it didn't go through. Confused about the transaction we asked and reluctantly scanned card again, got another receipt. Still they said it didn't go through on their end. At this point we pulled out online banking, showing 2 transactions, and argued with them about it. We've got the lobby full now with others waiting 10 mins. They made us swipe our card again this time people behind us are telling the workers they also seen 'approved' flash on the register. Still no they claim. We sat down so they can figure this out. When they brought us our food they told us we didn't order ice cream. We showed them our 'fake receipt' to prove it. The cashier came over to us while we're wating, says she talked to their 'Gm' about this and brought a leger over of supposedly all transactions. Says ours not there, but ours was there...says again we need to go up and pay for it. Guilt trips us about it and how if we don't then she will have to pay for it. Nothing like being hounded while eating in front of tons customers. We don't pay again and good thing. Next morning $88 was taken our of our checking account for DQ transactions. We fought this for 7 whole days. $88 was not available for us to spend. Sent email in about it that was supposedly sent to manager. No one reached out at all. Husband did go up there next day to collect money that they still claiming we ate for free and telling us they will pay for it. Husband said no you wont, we paid for it 3 times! They still saying that money is actually there you can spend it...no u cant. Not for 7 days we couldn't touch that, couldn't stop or cancel transactions. Read moreWas in today and ordered 2 kids chicken strips meals and in one of the kids meals I received 2 things of fries and NO chicken strips. When I took it back up to the counter to complain they took the 1 fry baggie out and placed it back in the warmer ben, which they ended up giving to someone else after I already touched them trying to see if the chicken strips were below them, and then they gave me my chicken strips. Then I asked for bbq sauce and they told me I had to pay seperate for the sauce when I never got any to begin with. This is the craziest thing I have ever heard of. If the sauce isnt included with the meal who would want the chicken strips. Thats like them serving hambugars but charging you extra for ketchup. Thats just crazy! No other DQ has ever charged me for sauce. Needless to say we will not return to this DQ not just because of the sauce issue eventho thats a huge part of it but also because who knows who all touched the fries...
