This is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in North America. And this is someone who has stayed at many 5 star hotels during my business travels. The experience of having everything included within the room rate (food, service, amenities, etc.) made a huge difference as I never had to worry about what I ate or used at the hotel.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. In fact, I’ve tried to emulate it for my own bed since coming home from this trip.

The staff was simply wonderful and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable despite the coronavirus situation. During my stay, they really made me feel like there wasn’t a global pandemic happening at all. It was nice to be able to relax and not have to worry about what was happening outside.

The food was incredible as they didn’t cut corners with any of the ingredients. I’d recommend the Clement Burger and the Steak. And the Tin Pot Ice Cream that’s completely included with your stay was a treat that I indulged in every night.

Big credit to the ownership group for this unique idea. I hope it’ll eventually set a standard for the industry. I still can’t believe this hotel exists. I’d highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here whenever I travel to...
