We like this park and it's proximity to downtown PA. You can get some ice cream and walk here to the benches, or just enjoy sitting there looking at the green lawn. You may not want to bring children here to run or play after constantly seeing people bring their dogs here to run, pee, and poo. There are 'dogs must be on a leash' signs but we have witnessed owners letting their dogs run wild both in the park and on the block, without supervision, and not picking up after they do number 2.
