Stayed here two nights on business.
What I love about it is location! It is in a great part of Downtown Palo Alto in walking distance to everything!
The room was cozy, bathroom great, the bed comfy! The TV HUGE 82" at the foot of the bed is like having a movie theater right there! I also loved the endless purified water you could get from the gym!!
The bathroom also came with a nice T3 blow drier but a also a hair straightener!! Which was nice!
A few things that were a bit lacking The lighting situation cool if you're about it. But it's either all lights on or all lights off. There's no in-between. No lamp to just turn on for a little light except a tiny bed light that pulls out.
Plugs in the room there's like two USB plugs only. 1 on one nightstand and one on the desk for devices, then your typical bathroom two. But very hard to plug in devices at once to charge if you have more than 4 that need plugged in over just using USB ends over standard wall plugs. Bed pillows... Very thin hard to manage getting comfortable but better than some hotels. Water presser in the shower was barely there.
I was also with someone else staying there who parked their car there, they tell you to download the app and request your car at minimum 30 mins before needing it. That's crazy.
And the one thing that really ended the trip was on the last night I was trying to order sushi for room service for the first time to try. And it was late 9:15 pm the kitchen closes at 10. I get that, I was trying to rush it in after another dinner as it was raved about. So, I called it in. They said okay give us 30 mins. I waited an hour.. it never showed up. I called back and they said my order never made it in the que and it's now closed and cannot be fulfilled. Well it was my last day so I was a little heart broken on that. But the service person did work it out to being right. But still never got to try their sushi đ I wanted to try it so badly because I am unsure I'll be back, I typically like to rack up hotel points and they don't have a loyalty system so that is...

The atmosphere at Nobu radiates sophistication while remaining warm and inviting. The sleek yet serene design transported us into a world where time seemed to pause, allowing us to savor every second of this experience.
The service was impeccable, a flawless harmony of attentiveness and grace. It felt as though every detail had been thoughtfully curated just for us.
And then came the foodâoh, the food! Each dish was a masterpiece, a symphony of flavors so vibrant and perfectly balanced it left us in awe. The black cod with miso was the epitome of perfection, melting in our mouths like a delicate dream. The yellowtail jalapeño, with its delicate kick and fresh, citrusy notes, was a revelation. Every bite told a story of passion, precision, and culinary innovation.
Even the cocktails were exceptionalâbold, inventive, and expertly crafted. Each sip felt like an extension of the dishes, elevating the meal to new heights.
What made this experience truly unforgettable, however, was the way Nobu made us feelâwelcomed, celebrated, and immersed in the kind of magic that turns a dinner into a cherished memory.
