Plaza Verde RV & Mobile Home Park — Hotel in Phoenix

It's quite for the most part. Just wish the owner of that subwoofer would stop driving around with all that thumping, especially late at night early morning.

This place other than that is ok for what you pay. Good location, near many restraunts, a few grocery stores, a pharmacy, gas stations & minutes away from i10 & i17. But if you don't drive you're right near two main bus lines that'll get you where you need.

Homeless people sleeping in empty lots on the concrete slabs. People doing drugs, breaking beer bottles all over the place.

Drivers speeding through the park, people breaking into the mailboxes...

The manager I attempted to work with didn't speak English so communication was impossible from the beginning. The receipt was useless and indecipherable. They had English speaking staff there but I was unaware of this until eviction court date! Rude, disinterested attitude. It is listed as an RV Court, with certain perks but it is operated like a mobile home park, again stealing benefits from this category. Illegal management and owners.
