The fish ceviche was amazing. Large portions, crunchy but chewy and amazing flavor. I was a little surprised that for $5 , I only get 4 slices of avocados on the side, thought it would gave been at least half of a avocado. I really came for the shrimp cocktail. For $20, i was super dissapointed to get shrimp with no flavor and on the salty spectrum. I didn't even add any salt on my own. The shrimp tasted aged , maybe they weren't rinsed enough? I know the shrimp still had the guts/ veins in them, maybe that's why the flavor was off. Maybe my palette just got used to the fresh seafood from Puerto Peñasco? Sinaloa, Sonora and Nayarit. What a great way to combine these three states. The name is very peculiar and I love it. Besides that, The food was so delicious. Not many places offer options for birria, they normally have one or the other (Chivo or Res) I like birria de Chivo. It was so delicious, I ate more than one Plato and we came across a couple that was selling bread and empanadas de cajeta. April/3rd/2022 I went to Sin Son Nay from the reccomendation of a friend, I went with my spouse and we got 2 Birria Tacos, 2 Gobernador shrimp Tacos and 7 Mares Soup (seafood hot soup) with fresh tortillas, and Horchata. They were very friendly, it seems to be a very popular spot and authentic, Delicious and worth every buck, their food is gas 👌🏼🤤
