The hispanic lady with glasses was very rude, completely ignored me and began cleaning after taking the order of the people in front of me. We kept making eye contact and she continued to clean. After a bit she said “whenever you’re ready” with an attitude. Been here times before and I am never disappointed with the food/drinks/snacks or services. However, this is the second time they charge me differently size wise on a raspado the same thing I’ve gotten. Plus the disrespectful service was the last straw for me, Not to mention it was not done right and it’s completely watered down. Won't be coming here. I drove around for 30 min looking for the elotes man on a bike but when i had no luck finding him, i stopped at this shop instead. Bad mistake..... customer service???? There is ZERO!!!!!There was 3 employees working, they all ignored me. I thought maybe they were busy until they happily greeted n took the orders of 3 other ppl as they walked in the door letting them cut me in line. I loved this place . I had been coming here for 10+ years . The food was great and the service was always awesome , but this past few months the service has been horrible . All the kids working here are playing around, they don't even take you seriously. Yesterday, as the girl in the cash register took my order , she was also playing around with one of the prep workers and they both started to yell at each other. She practically forgot about me . My food was ok . My order was wrong though. Honestly, I'm not sure if I want to go back to...
