A Cozy Den — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

Much better views than previous cabins we stayed at in Gatlinburg. However, the cabin was older, not as close to the amenities that we were near in Gatlinburg either. The worst part was the cleanliness of the cabin. We checked in Friday evening and there was poop in one toilet, pee in another, dirty towels in a couple bathrooms, utensils and cups looked partially clean, the floor didn't look vacuumed with stuff under couches, maybe 2 TV's out of the whole house had any signal, one hot tub was empty, and the other was half full of cold water and missing the cover (later found that previous guests had thrown it over a balcony), dirty shower curtains, backed up shower drains, sheets that looked "mostly" clean, a couch that was broken and nearly swallowed me as I sat on it, walls and banisters that had initials and names scratched into them like a truck stop bathroom stall, and couches with some sketchy stains. Not sure the beautiful view made up for the "quality"...

Easily accessible with a great view. However upon check in we didn't have sheets for our bed which required me to call service for twice. Then we realized the breaker for the hot tub was off so that was service call number three in the first 5 hours. That being said, the people at the office were very apologetic about it and even called back to make sure everything worked out. With the quick turn around on these cabins, it is understandable that some mistakes happen. I would not hesitate to return to...

Really nice cabin. Clean and neat. The views were amazing! It was cool to watch the people zip lining...
