Wacky Tacky Tacos — Restaurant in Tennessee

What a delightful little food truck! I've always wanted to go and eat here and after experiencing it today, I plan to visit them again soon. You pull up to a quaint little Food truck with bright colors on the side and a huge lot for you to park in. The menu is big and bold with smiling faces from the people inside, ready to serve you. They were very welcoming and will walk you through the whole process if it's your first time. I chose the burrito which comes with your choice of meat and 3 toppings. (Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Queso, etc. ) They have numerous toppings for every type of person. I also opted in for the chips and queso. The burrito was huge and every bite was delicious. When they warn you that the burrito is almost a whole meal itself, please believe them. The chips were plentiful and they give generous amounts of queso to make sure you have enough for every chip. I cannot recommend this place enough! My only critique would be that with so much space to park, I was unsure where exactly I needed to go that wouldn't be in the way of other people coming in or in the way of others leaving. I would recommend a few road cones to direct guests to an area to park at or 3-4 specific parking spots that have an easy flow for coming and going guests. My wife and I visited them back in April while on a 10 year anniversary weekend getaway to the mountains. We had driven all day, were tired, and just wanted something quick before we headed to our cabin for the night. We looked up local food joints, followed google reviews, and they did not disappoint.

There's not anything magical about this food, don't get me wrong, but it is hands down the best tacos I've ever had. Everything has a home cooked feel, but perfectly executed. Whatever extras you get are blended in at the right proportions. Flavor, texture, freshness, proportions: all on point. To boot, the most affordable place we ate down there. I don't know, maybe this really is what can make food magical?

The couple that runs the truck are friendly and down to Earth. The truck is easy to spot. The wife and I had big dinner plans for our favorite restaurants in the area, but being as we only had the weekend, we actually skipped dinner a second night and just came here again because we didn't want to risk missing out on what we KNEW was excellent....

Lisa and Amy from Wacky Tacky Taco delivered up an abundance of delicious tacos -PLUS-some of the best customer service I have experienced recently!! These two gals are a treat to work with! I received a wonderful Taco bar exactly as I had ordered from Wacky Tacky Taco. The supper verbal reviews that evening were many times said " THESE tacos are REALLY good!!" After my association with Wacky Tacky Taco, I HIGHLY recommend Wacky Tacky Taco because of their GREAT food and EXCELLENT customer service!!!
