Cabin — Hotel in Pigeon Forge

The Legacy Mansion was awful. We showed up at check in time and were told we could not get in until they were finished with the inspection. 40 mins later we were allowed in the cabin to discover that all the futons and several of the beds were broken. A mirror in one of the bathrooms was shattered. The upstairs bathroom leaked in to the living room. The second day we had the majority of our group at a conference with 2 people staying behind to work on food. A maintenance man barged through a locked door and insisted he had to fix the hot tub. The ladies wanted to know why he was there while we were staying in the cabin. He told them it was supposed to be empty and it wasnt his fault we were there. Then later that day a lady showed up and demanded to inspect the cabin and refused to come back later when our leader would be there. When we tried to call the office to complain we were left on hold indefinitely and never got through to a representative. Disappointed I can't leave a 0 star review. This cabin is in terrible condition. Back deck is a huge safety concern and looks like it will fall down the mountain at any moment. Microwave is broken. Hot tubs did not work when we arrived. Bed sheets were dirty. Some beds were missing sheets and blankets. Floors had not been swept or mopped. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets. We spent 6 hours cleaning after arrival just to make the place half decent. 2 small saucepans and 2 very small (2 egg size) frying pans in the cabinets. We had to wash every dish and piece of silverware as well as wiping out the drawers and cabinets. This cabin lists that it sleeps 58. Guess they don't advertise you can actually feed them. Will not be renting this location again and i highly recommend you don't waste your money here. The owner/management company...

Love the cabin we stayed in. Had a great time in the gameroom relaxed in the hot tub. Grilled out also. The view was excellent from all three decks. The top deck had the best views morning and nights of the sky and mountains. Saw a bear walk by as we were packing up to leave. It didn't pay us...
