Mattress Firm Wexford — Hotel in Pine Township

Great overall experience. Jim(from Robinson, he was in wexford that day) helped us initially and he was amazing. We just got our bed yesterday, exactly on time. The only issue is we got some pillows as part of our bed purchase as well, and Jim called McKnight store to have them set aside. Well whatever lady he talked to(I heard the other line I know it was a woman but idk her name) never set aside the pillows, and now no mattress firm has those in stock. Derek another mattress firm employee contacted us and really helped us sort out the issue, as Jim was not in the store today. Derek was great about helping us resolve the issue and Jim was wonderful listening to all of our needs when looking for a new bed. Aside from the little hiccup with the pillows, which is now getting resolved, we could not be any happier with our service! I would definitely recommend Mattress...

I was looking for a inexpensive twin size mattress to use on a bunk bed in my son's room. I also wanted something that I could take home that day too, so I was pleasantly surprised when they had one available off the floor for $86. The sales person stated that it was a returned (within 30 days of being in customer's home) item, BUT that they thoroughly inspect item and send it through a sanitation process to ensure there are no bed bugs, lice, etc. Well as soon as I got it home and removed the plastic wrapper, it reeked of cigarette smoke. How could someone not have detected that during the sanitation process? And why would they resell something that had been in that condition? Fortunately, I called immediately and they were able to exchange for another one that was not covered in smoke smell. But really makes me wonder about the processes and integrity of...

Greeted by Doug Fairman on arrival at the Wexford location, we immediately felt the no hassle, no pressure environment that allows customers to get ideas and "shop around", both mattress styles and competitive prices at various stores. We didn't have to shop any further after Doug thoroughly explained the range of soft mattress, adjustable bed bases, and ALL WITH NO PRESSURE OR GUILT INTO MAKING A PURCHASE. To be honest, we had no intention of making a purchase at all but we also had not received the impeccable customer service anywhere else in the Pittsburgh area and that is why it was a no brainer to purchase through Mattress Firm!
