The landlord is a good honest guy that you actually see working. He's straight forward. He's not a slumlord,, & he goes by the book. The rates are the best you'll find in the area. Pros & cons are in the eyes of the beholder. Quiet place, Great when you want to sleep, but if your naturally loud like my partner & myself are, or get in an argument with someone. EVERYBODY in the complex will hear you. Its not a hotel motel holiday inn. Definitely no Hilton. No traffic in & out at all hours. Central location for the daily commuter whether you are going to school or work, surrounded by a variety of grocery stores, pharmacy's. Lived here for about 3 years pre and post covid with my partner as an undergrad and young professional. The landlord is very attentive and cooperative when we encountered problems. Responds to emails quickly and goes out of his way. Did have a roach problem but the problem only came and went away with the tenant next door. The rooms are sprayed on monthly basis, per request.
