Quest Tavern continue to provide high quality entertainment in their escape rooms. This is my second escape room with Quest and Through the Sugarglass was a clear success. QT struck gold with their puzzles, clues, and solutions. It's definitely a good idea to bring at least four in your group. The clues are logical, if you keep a clear mind, are methodical, and keep track of your attempts at solving the puzzles. Patrick, our barman, was always at the ready, if we needed an additional clue, or if we thought we strayed off the path to solving the many puzzles. This was easy to do because there were plenty of distracting candies to munch on! We had to work fast but stay calm, as the snowstorm was a constant threat to trap us in the snow globe forever. All in all, it was a gun and funny test of our mental mathematical and logical thinking, while remembering not to over think the clues and our attempts at solving each puzzle to escape Through the Sugarglass. In the end, with Patrick's help, and our fun group working together, we overcame our captor's attempt to hold us forever to keep him company, even though he gave us lots of real candy to enjoy while imprisoned! Our whole team of intrepid adventurers give Quest Tavern a solid 5 stars out of 5 stars and heartily recommend Through the Sugar Glass to all families of all ages! Thank you Patrick and Quest for a super fun and funny family adventure this holiday season. Happy Christmas to all of Quest Tavern's adventure guides and barmen and barmaids! I hope to bring our friends on our next escape room adventure at Quest Tavern again!

It's hard for me to begin writing this review because there are simply too many good things to say about Quest Tavern and I am not sure where to begin. As someone who has played hundreds of rooms, it is easy to be jaded to escape rooms or think its the same old thing I've done many times before. This is absolutely not true for Quest Tavern. They have some of the best and most puzzly puzzles I have seen in the industry as well as incredible set design and ambience.\ We played all three games (as of this time of writing) and I thought that while Witch's Cauldron and The Bridge Between were fantastic rooms in their own right and absolutely a required stop at any visit the Pomona area, The Last supper was the most fun that I have EVER had playing an escape room. It is an entirely new experience and I cannot recommend it enough for both newcomers to escape rooms and also to veteran puzzle enthusiasts. Diego, the game master, really went above and beyond to make it a memorable and enjoyable experience. The man needs a raise. The best way I can summarize just how happy I am with Quest Tavern is this. I live eight hours away from Pomona and when they release a new room I will make the trip just to play their latest experience. Don't book because of what I say or because of how wonderful and passionate the owners are, book a room (or three) for yourself right now. It will be the best decision you make today.

They have my new favorite game! It's been about 6 months since I last played a room. But I've done about 40 now in total. Both games were wonderful. Some seriously genius puzzles that fit the theme and made sense to be there, especially in the witch game. Their other game, The Last Supper, was the amazing! I'd consider it a a thriller/horror game. But the unexpected and best part to me was that I have never laughed so much while playing an escape room. Or maybe in the last few months of my life lol. They set up moments to make us laugh, or for us to make ourselves laugh. The actor was great, the story flowed perfectly. As well as continuously throughout, constantly developing to immerse us further and further. Timing of the puzzles allowed us to finish with only a few minutes to spare. The Bridge between has literally the best ending to an escape room I've been! Best overall puzzles too for a puzzle lover like me. Good thing there were 6 of us because we really needed the help. I wouldn't recommend less than that even, suuch awesome special effects and surprises in every room! My biggest wish is I want to get amnesia so I can just forget it and play them over and over haha

We did two of Quest Taverns escape rooms back to back and both are now my top favorites! I would like to highlight QT for their customer service. Nico and Diego went above and beyond to make this night a core memory. We were having a rough week and Nico was able to accommodate a scheduling request to do both The Bridge Between and The Last Supper. Nico was super sweet and we enjoyed our time with her the entire night. We loved her storytelling before she escorted us into each room. We appreciate their transparency for informing us about an item that wasn't operating properly - it also wasn't a big issue when we got to it. The Bridge Between was an amazing journey. The set design's production value evoked this fantasy world. We were in awe when we first walked in (same with the lobby). The room was mostly non-linear and most puzzles were layered with clues. The difficulty level would depend on how many rooms you've done. This room is puzzle heavy so make sure you have a good group to experience it with. I think it might be too much for 2-3 people but not impossible. We had an amazing time with The Bridge Between! The second room we did was The Last Supper. Make this room your priority!!! It is a different breed of escape rooms. It's theatrical and your participation is highly encouraged to push the storytelling forward. Diego was unbelievable with his role as Lord Garrick. He kept us on edge the entire time, stirring our creative juices. There was a lot of suspense and buildup while solving puzzles (which were linear) and there were moments that had us screaming and running back to our seats. The momentum at the end really elevated the finale - our hearts were pounding, we were screaming and yelling (including Diego!), and the room was raging! This experience put our emotions on a roller coaster. We had so much fun - I can't stop thinking about it. I'll definitely come back and bring new dinner guests to Lord Garrick's Last Supper!! Standing ovation for Nico...

We visited Quest Tavern for a birthday weekend and had a blast!

Both rooms, Witches Cauldron and The Last Supper were so much fun! Excellent theming, story, puzzle flow and overall set decoration were all on point!

The Last Supper is one of the best rooms we've done. And having done over 150 rooms around the world, this is extremely high praise. The combination of the immersive environment mixed with a live actor was simply divine. And we loved the various puzzles, some of which we've never seen before in a room. Just a super fun experience! Really well done!

Kudos to the live actor who played Lord Garrick... while they were working off a loose script, they of course have to improv with the group that are doing the room. If they don't have a good group to riff with, it'll be that much more difficult for the actor. Luckily for us, we're a super energetic, fun bunch and the actor had lots of opportunities to move the story along. He was quick witted, funny, attentive and did an awesome job within our game. (So was his "assistant" for that matter--both were really good!).

Also, since this was a birthday weekend, I would like to thank the folks at Quest Tavern for going above and beyond to make the rooms extra special for us. They created a special storyline for our birthday girl within the room, which culminated in a special surprise for her and the rest of our group. This level of commitment and attention to detail was unexpected and such a wonderful treat! It turned what was already a fun experience into a memorable one.

The staff here are amazing escape room enthusiasts. It shows in their rooms and their customer service. We can't wait to come back and do their 3rd room once it's open for business.

Covid has hit the escape room community very hard and Quest Tavern was simply incredible. They deserve our business. What are you waiting for? Go book an...

Three of us did the Last Supper, and WOW! I've done over 40 rooms and this has to rank in my top 5 for sure ! GO. It will be worth the drive and every penny. I was both super relieved to escape, and sad it was finished. I'll get to the fantastic Lord Garrick in a bit, but we'll start with the production. The set design was perfect for three reasons - it was was very straight forward with almost no excess clutter, you weren't misled by a gaggle of annoying red herrings, and it was perfectly medieval and totally immersive. I felt like I an unwitting guest in the dining room of a demon-possessed, cannibalistic, medieval lord.

Once you've done as many rooms as I have, it's not often you get in that heart-racing panic to get out, but this room thrilled me, stressed me out, and delighted me in all the best ways possible. The puzzles weren't frustrating or terribly hard, but the stress factor can make your mind go blank. We asked for two hints - one in the very beginning which we definitely needed and one towards the end - and escaped with less than 2 minutes, so if you get stuck, don't sit there. Ask for help! The game master wants you to get out, too!

Lord Garrick, Lord Garrick, Lord Garrick - if it weren't for the pandemic, I would have hugged both the actor and the game master when it was over for making this experience so fantastic. He was so intimidating, and while his voice was deeply melodious, authoritative and lordly, his persona was subtly menacing and you knew at any moment that he would snap.

This is a room you can go to multiple times because the second time around, they will let you be part of the game while your friends suffer through it. I absolutely plan on going back! Well done,...
