Very unprofessional people, they will get mad at you for them not listening to what you need done, I came in there to get help on a program and instead they give me more problems and take my money.on top of that who knows what else they did with my tower because I found unknown folders made and programs put in them as if they were duplicating then for themselves. l took my iPad to have my screen replaced. When it was returned it was working well the first day until I noticed it started to glitch. They did not install the screen correctly and inspecting it more closely, they forgot to put the three screws to secure it properly. I'm either going to fix it myself or go elsewhere but never to those incompetent "handymen". I recommend not going there, you'll end up losing money to their Mickey...
