Riverside Mobile Home Park — Hotel in Port Orange

I've lived here ten years, and this park just keeps getting better. We have a lot of good people in this park that help each other and look out for each other. And we all pitch in for some really great Christmas, New Year's, 4th of July, and Halloween parties (I still think we should have MORE park parties). It's a quiet place, but a very social place. A lot of very intelligent people live here.

The owner of the park, Brad, and the manager of the park, Danny, are always trying to figure out ways to make something better here. And Danny is a workaholic that gets the job done. He really works hard for this park. And, he's one of those very intelligent people I mentioned above, he always finds the best solution to any maintenance problem, in fact, any problem.

It's like a big family here. And I truly love it...

Danny, the property manager, is always trying to help anyone he can! He’s nothing short of an incredible person and I’m beyond thankful for him. As a single female, living alone for the first time, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Danny and awesome my neighbors (I now consider them family). It’s affordable, clean and Danny jumps to my aid whenever I need something fixed! As a community, we all help each other as much as we can and are always willing to do anything for each other. My daughter, her husband and newborn son live there. It's quiet and relaxing there. It's a Community of Cute Tiny Homes! There's a Homeowners Association that's really on top of things so you can be assured that ALL of the rules are followed. It's really close to the river and Riverside Mobile Home Park has three docks for the Homeowners & their guests to use.
