Terrible experience. Went into shop, which was completely bare, It looked like it was raided by zombie apocalypse survivors. But that’s fine I was really just going in for a beverage and some smokes. Got to the counter, said “hey there!” To what I presume is the owner. No response....maybe didn’t here me. Asked him if he had camel 99s and he instantly said no. So I asked what cigarettes brands does he carry. He said all kinds sarcastically. I asked where are they, I don’t see a display or anything. I was excited the first time I went in since the place closed a while ago, and there’s new owners. The place is very well remodeled on the inside, but the owner (female one) is very rude, entitled, and should be on the good housewives of India. I know this culture very well, and she does not fit the culture. She lied to the police when they came about my sister’s bike, she parked it there, and this lady moved it to the garbage dumpster.. Unfortunately somebody took it and my sister was without her bike, which she depends on for transportation. After her lying and insisting that it is her property and she could do what she wants (knowing it was my sisters bike) her lack of morals and kindness...

I am so happy this store re-opened with new friendly owners. It's very clean, and they strive hard to make sure you have a great experience. Neil and D are both fantastic people and knew me by name after 2 or 3 stops. They actually treat people like friends, listen to our own personal problems, and bust their butts with a smile on their face. I recommend everyone come and see the transformation, especially if you knew the previous store. These people deserve all the business they can get! Great...
