Oh Katie! Where do I even start?!?! We hired Katie as our decorator and for our wedding planner. Katie is just amazing. I’ll start off by saying that. She dealt with me being crazy and I’ll admit, a little Bridezillaish! But not once did she slow down or make me feel like our wedding would not be perfect!! And let me tell you, it was perfect!!!!! My wife and I just got married in November and Katie helped us every step of the way! I am SO happy and thankful that we found Katie! She responds so quickly, she is so professional, her details were AMAZING, and as a person she is just the sweetest! We would sit in her office and after we talked about the things we wanted for the wedding, we would sit there and talk like old friends. On our wedding day, things went off without a hitch! I don’t know how she did it! Not one time throughout the day did I feel stressed or anxious because Katie was on top of her game!!!!! Her attention to detail, how easy it was to change things last minute, and how hard she worked to make sure our wedding was perfect did not go unnoticed! I have had so many of our guests tell me that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to and we could not have done it without Katie! Katie, we’re still serious about the girls trip!! I have done events with Disney, was a wedding planner assistant in Chicago & was an event manager after receiving my BA (emphasis is event management). I say this because I believe I was qualified to plan my own wedding (we all think so), but I would have missed out on one of the biggest days on my life.

Katie allowed for me to be grounded and focus on what truly mattered! She took so much off of my plate, the day would have been incredibly stressful and disorganized without her. The KBC team executed my wedding day from decor to support from top to bottom! My entire wedding party and guests commented “these girls are killing it!” multiple times throughout the day and they absolutely did.

The venue/catering was short staffed for my large wedding, so one of the KBC team was bartending from 6-10 just to make sure our guests were served, completely above and beyond! They truly care about what they do and are very friendly and professional. Because of them, everything went so smoothly and they were able to quickly resolve any mishaps we had without me losing focus on what mattered most.

If there was a way to put 100 stars I would! Hiring Katie as my wedding planner and coordinator was the BEST decision I ever made! I know it sounds cheesy when people say your wedding is supposed to be the best day of your life, but my wedding LITERALLY was the best day of my life!!! Katie made my dreams come true down to every little detail. Her and her team are professional, hard working and compassionate. Every single one of my vendors were so impressed with Katie's coordination and loved working with her! I have received so many compliments from family and friends raving about how beautiful everything was! I cant recommend hiring her enough! Katie did such an amazing job and I am so grateful that I decided to use her services. There would have been NO way I could have ever planned anything this perfect on my own.
