Nightmare! Delivery company sent text they wouldn’t deliver as truck broke down, then later sent message to disregard previous message. They later stood in my driveway with our $4000 mattress held hostage because Mattress Firm salesman didn’t do the paperwork correctly. Phone calls that afternoon with salesman and was assured the problem would be resolved and we would receive our mattress. Following morning we receive another text from the delivery company stating that our mattress was out for delivery that day. This was a surprise as we had not heard back from the Mattress Firm salesman on any progress. I called the store and spoke with salesman who was not aware of the promised delivery and said he would contact the warehouse and call me back with an update. Again we waited around expecting our delivery and no show. The salesman never bothered to call me back that day. Next day I call again and speak with the store manager. He is very aware of the problem and says he has been working all day on the issue but can’t get an answer from the warehouse. He says my ticket is frozen and he can’t give me any information on my account. He also says he’ll call me back with an update. I wait until following day and call the store at lunchtime to get an update. Both my salesman and the store manager are off today. Now speak with another salesman who tells me they put in a delivery time slot for 9 days from today but the warehouse can’t find our mattress. I sure hope they find and deliver AGAIN our very expensive mattress. Mattress Firm is supposedly a top notch company and the store manager told me they had a great relationship with the delivery company. Both companies have dropped the ball and failed to deliver on the most basic customer service. We will never do business with Mattress Firm again and caution others about...

Cassandra is the sleep expert who helped us to find an awesome Purple mattress. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. She is professional, knowledgeable and kind. This particular store is clean and organized with many different brands and types of mattress and base options. We were interested in trying a different type of mattress than what we were used to. We tried several different types and brands while in the store and Cassandra was quite helpful in explaining the highlights, technology and pricing for each model we tried. Once we decided on a Purple Cool Touch mattress she went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. We were very fortunate to have visited the store while the Labor Day sale was still running, because we got a great mattress at a price we could afford. Cassandra scheduled our delivery promptly (in 2 days) The delivery includes taking our old mattress out of our home which is great. I can't wait to try this mattress out for a full night and many nights to come. Cassandra was instrumental in helping us to make this purchase and we appreciate her time, help and patience. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm store and especially Cassandra. Read moreThe employee ( Phil) who helped me pick out the mattress was great and super helpful and didn’t rush me at all let me take my time and try it out and was very nice and kind. However the delivery guys were rude and ignored me when i talked and when i said where i wanted the bed put it in the wrong spot multiple times and when asked if i liked where it was at i said no that’s not where i asked i want it like this they got mad that they had to move it and were rushing so when they moved it the bed frame fell apart and they rushed to put it back together so it messed up the bed frame underneath so it was crooked and fell when moved it was literally at an angle and everytime they’d ask me a question would not respond or answer me when i tried to talk to them and only spoke in spanish to which i said i don’t speak spanish so i don’t know what they’re saying to me and did not have nice attitudes at all. The employees inside the store were great but the delivery drivers not so much.
