Hardee’s — Restaurant in Port Richey

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and WAS coming every morning to get breakfast .. two gravy biscuits everyday!! I usually stop by Dunkin to grab a coffee because I get a unique coffee that Hardee’s doesn’t offer and I always buy breakfast at Hardee’s I’ve been dining in at your Hardee’s location for the last year pretty much everyday and after calculating I spend around 250 dollars a month.. well I came in as usually a few weeks ago and placed my order to a guy that was as friendly as a snake.. no thank you or good morning like the manger or the ladies say to me which really sets the mood for someone’s day.. I paid and went and set down .. a few minutes lady this guy brought me the food I ordered and thanked him and told him I would have come got it.. he then walked a few steps back and turned to me and started aggressively telling me I wasn’t suppose to bring coffee from another establishment… and was very rude about it.. first of all I did not do it out of disrespect by any means and if it was a problem why didn’t someone say something a year ago.. the guy looked like he just crawled out from under a bridge .. had not shaved in days and clothes hanging out like a bum. You want some respect then dress right .. shave and mind your manners to your elders. Respect gets you respect .. what’s so bad is the men in the next booth turned to me and said we always have problems with that guy!! Terrible choice on an employee.. I haven’t been back since and don’t know if I will.. total disrespect from this guy .. He was rude to me that day and from what the other gentleman said he was rude to them on other occasions.. so no telling how he is and has been to other customers.. I give him a minus -10 .. the color ladies and manger are always super nice to me and do miss...

Both my eight year old daughter and I really enjoy the hardees cinnamon reason biscuits and was ecstatic to find a hardees in port richey Florida. Every Sunday morning we try to make it here in time and for the first time, was able to visit this location before the end of breakfast. My daughter could hardly contain her excitement! She was going to get to eat some cinnamon raisen buscuits! Her favorite part is of course the icing on the buscuits. How disappointed she was (as was I) when we opened the box to find a dime sized squirt of icing on a cold hard buscuit. I understand the need to conserve and make as much profit in the restaurant fast food industry, but compared to other locations we have been to which were generous and down right good - and a fair value for the constant increases of price over the years. I feel the new price for the under performing breakfast is now a rip off and am unlikely to return ending a sort of tradition for us. At what cost will the restaurant customer to continue to squeeze more and more profit? Now if you don't want to cut the pricing, that's fine and within your right as a business owner, however, please consider increasing the value and stop ripping the customers off. 2 out of 5 stars (no pun intended) for a cold disappointing breakfast which could theoretically be...

Entered restaurant at 10:15 am on August 31st., there was the normal amount of customers for this time of morning, about 5 cars in drive thru and 4 customers ahead of me in line. The staff was trying their absolute best however the so called manager should not be in his position. He was screaming at everyone, running around a if he was handling the entire store while accomplishing nothing. I take that back, be accomplished putting one employee in tears, while the rest including the cooks were apologizing to everyone. We left with our to-go order at 11:14, that should be enough but I'll add that since the manager was trying to act like he was holding down the fort, while ruining everyone's morning, he tried to handle the fryer I'll share pics of my burnt chicken and raw hash browns. My grandson works at a different fast food establishment(thankfully) Nevada if I was to go in and hear him screaming at my 16 year old g'son like that, I would have taught him manners and mutual respect.
