Generally it's my fiance and I and we have a good experience, however when we went a couple of days ago we had a frustrating/strange experience. First of all I want to start off by saying our household(my fiance and I, and our 2 roommates) generally doesn't order lunch together all it takes is once so maybe we kind of through them off by our large order (2 Texas toast burgers, a chicken bites box, and 2 checkersburgers no cheese) Manager had us pull around the side to "wait for toast to warm up (which already sounds fishy to me seeing as fast food restaurants have warmer boxes for buns) then we watched them proceed to make everyone in the entire restaurants food before ours, when we finally thought 15 min later our food HAD to be done since he was just ("warming up the toast") 3 more cars come thru drive way and they STILL had us waiting and cooked those orders right away. I'm pregnant so I stay hungry for too long and things get messy if you know what I mean, I told my roommate just to get the money back and can we PLEASE go to Walmart or Wendy's for lunch. He stood outside the car glaring at them through their side window as by this point they had cooked and 8 orders of food that all came after us and long after. However when the manager saw him mad as heck standing outside my car (because my roommate didn't want to take my suggestion of just getting his money back and getting lunch elsewhere) then magically the food was done...(28 min. After we got there) the kicker though?... TEXAS TOAST BURGERS AND BUN WERE LUKE-WARM AND THEY SAID THATS WHAT TOOK SO...

The man working the window handed us a sloppy vanilla ice cream cone first. Then pushed the food out. Drove off eating our desserts first. I opened the chicken sandwich no cheese. Turned around and we went back. Stopped at the 🎤 told them no cheese on sandwich were told they would make the WHOLE ORDER over. Got to the window and only the sandwich was remade. Drove off. Grabbed the sandwich it was cold. Opened it and it was a hamburger. Wenouiyo. .... . .. .....t thru the drive thru again. Dylan the manager who served us the sloppy ice cream cone and the wrong sandwich for the second time 6686yyyyuyu9uíu so rude. Instead of coming up with a solution he shoved the third sandwich at us and slammed the drive thru window on us. And guess what the third sandwich the spicy chicken with cheese had no cheese on it. Very irritated now considering my chilli cheese dog was now cold from wasting all my time driving back and forth through the drive thru we asked for our money back. Dylan the manager didn't even come up to the window he had an employee deal with us. We got our money back. If you ask me from working in food service that this is no solution. Checkers definitely did not try to make us happy. Dylan should not be in this...
I don't really frequent checkers that often so maybe I could be wrong here however. Went to the drive to order the 2 for 5 spicy double chicken sandwiches the cashier Asked if I would like tomato and wishes I responded sure why not I then ordered a sweet tea off the dollar menu and she gave my total of $7.90. I sat at the drive-through window for a few minutes waiting for the food to be prepped handing me the bag and said have a nice day so ma'am I didn't get my drink she then said I never rang you up for one so I asked what the $7.90 was because the sandwiches were 2 for 5 apparently I was charged $2.50 additional for the tomato and the bacon I would never of paid another $2.50 for bacon and tomato how they been told that I was gonna be charged for it I assume that since you asked I wanted it on there that meant that it was included in the price. They did not offer to give me the sweet tea as compensation or any sort of a discount for any sort of misunderstanding but I feel like if you're going to offer to people you should probably inform them of the additional charge especially when you don't have a digital window to see the prices listed as you ring...
