My experience here has always been great, It's everything I expect from a buffet. But to all those people griping about this place, let me explain something to you from someone who has worked in many restaurants.
If you are rude and make a scene at a restaurant about something. Word gets around the entire staff and they are all going to be talking about you, judging you and/or laughing at you. Don't get surprised if you make a scene and this happens to you.
If you are complaining about food getting "hard" or "mushy" and saying the food taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp. That's because they are sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes an item on the line doesn't get used as fast, and after just 10-15 minutes sitting there the texture is going to change. No one is going to replace the item, because you are expecting perfectly refined food at a buffet.
Eggs cook very fast, and bacon is naturally greasy. So just sit at your table and patiently wait for the eggs, it's breakfast time at a buffet the eggs and bacon are going to go fast. If the bacon is too "greasy" for you than just wait a couple of minutes and the grease will drain off, or dab off the excess. Have you never cooked eggs or bacon?
The place doesn't smell rotten, you are over exaggerating. if you are smelling something off, think about the last time you washed your clothes.
Steak is naturally seasoned with salt and pepper before cooking, no matter where you go. If you don't like black pepper, then don't eat the steak, ever.
If you are complaining that the steak is red, then don't complain that you have to wait longer for well done.
Sometimes fried chicken gets under cooked, it's not the end of the world. Politely let the manager know, so no one else consumes the chicken. Maybe the oil wasn't up to temperature, but if they don't know then they can't fix the problem.
If a server is cleaning up around you, specifically vacuuming or sweeping. There's a good chance that their shift is over and they are trying to go home. A server is not going to wait until you finish eating to clean up their section, because you find it rude. They are trying to get off the clock so they can get home with their families, and they can't leave until their section is clean.
If the price is too expensive for you, then don't go out to a restaurant!!! If you can't afford to tip, then don't go out to a restaurant!!! Giving a lower rating because the price is too high is ignorant and self-centered. You don't know the food cost, you don't know the waste cost, you don't know the labor cost, you don't know the utility cost. All these things are factored into how...

To all of a sudden the rude GM to say that they donât do that. I ABSOLUTELY do not eat even close to an amount of a full adult I eat less than both my children put together and thatâs an understatement. Iâm absolutely disappointed that this place already opening for a short period of time and you have baboons running this establishment. They are beyond rude and outright disrespectful. I have been here many times since the new opening but after todayâs experience Iâm not quite sure if I want to return. All of the food was ice cold. I mentioned the food quality to our waitress and she told the manager. Another table by us complained as well and the manager Jen came and spoke with the table and ridiculously ridiculed the older ladyâs. Not once was the ladies rude . Jen told them that she checked the temps multiple times that day and the food was (hot) I then said excuse me our food is ice cold as well she waived her hand as to shoo us then told the ladies she donât know what they want they asked to speak with another manager and she told them that their isnât anyone higher than her when in deed there was when the ladies asked for the GM name she told them NASTY that they wonât do anything for her that they will side with her. The ladies said she was being rude and Jen proceeded to walk away saying 35 years of experience BABY Jen was rude and plain a poor excuse of a manager she not once attempted to make the issue correct just to yell and belittle two old ladies. The ladies was not there long they ended up getting up and leaving be in mind they came in after us.My whole section not even included in my table I was sitting with complained about the temperature of the food. I spoke with the GM and he acted as he was not interested in what I was even saying. When speaking with him another lady I donât even know verified what I was saying was true. What a complete joke of a company. The GM didnât even apologize for the behavior of the manager. He didnât even say anything the whole time I said something.    Read moreI've gone to Golden Corral in other areas and have enjoyed the food and services. Being that we were in the area of us19 we stopped in to this location and from the register to the food and services I was very disappointed. An older woman service our drinks near the register must of been on something because we simply asked for 3 cokes and 1 water 2 cokes were for children and not once not twice and no not three time but FOUR times she had to redo the drinks because she kept giving the wrong soda. Then was being loud and obnoxious about it. Then we get to the register and the young man proceeds to ask how many adults and children can clearly see I have TWO small children and was charging me for 3 adults. So when I asked him why was it more then I usually would pay he not only gave me an attitude he answered confidently that its 3 adults when it's me my husband and TWO small children btw clearly under 9years old. Then makes the correction and practically shoved the card back at me. Paid $37 We proceed in. Took us almost 15 mins to find a seat back in a small corner. When we got up to get food. There was a line from the food area to nearly the bathrooms. Why? Because there was no food ready. So, we stood on the line uhh I'll say about 30-40 mins get to the counter and they only had shrimp, fish and steak. Which would of been fine if me and my family didn't have a reason not to eat it medically. So, got off the line because of the dirty looks I was getting for holding up the line and waited another 25 mins for the rest of the food to come out. While waiting I observed food ALL OVER the floor people were stepping all over them. Drinks spilling on the rugs as other children were running across with plates filled with cakes and ice cream. Where were the rest of the staff? Seen a few in the back area laughing and hanging out for about 30 minutes before coming out. Now, the food when I finally got to eat was pretty good. Did not offer as much of a selection as some of the other Golden Corrals which was disappointing but flavor was well.
