I can not tell you how the food was because I never received it. I place an order over the phone on a 12/20/24 though the direct number to the Port Richey store and spoke with Jennifer. The $120 was taken from my account and I was supposed to pick up the ham on Thursday 12/26/24 since Jennifer said the store was closed on Friday and Saturday as a break from the holiday. I did not think anything of it. On Thursday I happened to look up their bra and it says they were open on Friday and Saturday I call that Thursday morning and spoke with Jennifer who told me they were open on the weekend and i asked to switch my pick up to Saturday 12/28 in the AM. It was no problem see ya then all happy. A few hrs past by and the family that was suppose to come to town had called and would not be coming due to the flu. I had called back spoke with Jennifer she told me she didn't know who I was and had no order info for me (although $120 was taken from the account from honey baked ham) she asked me to send to her cell phone my banking info and proof it talked to her. At that point I told her i was on my way to the store i would not send my banking info. (Then i got a text stating someone was trying to sign into my account from Orlando) When i got there no one was coming to the counter I kept saying hello hello... she finally came out I told her who I was asked her name (Jennifer) and she acted like we never spoke to me. I showed her on my phone the 3x I spoke to her directly she said no it's a call center. I calle the number and sure enough the phone rang she told me "when I apoke to you this morning you said you would pick up on...and that's as far as i Iet her get because she just told me she never spoke to me. So bottom line I am dealing with my bank and I am going to local police due to the possible spam (with texts after the call when I ordered and the call i made to cancel. She said I was there on Thursday and pick up my order although the bank shows no Pos and oder on phone. There is no order number from them at all even though they took money out. Read moreI’m really upset because I just moved here as I was displaced by hurricane Helene. I ordered a very small boneless honeybaked ham for Christmas and was so excited because this was the high point of our dinner. When I unwrapped it, it had zero glaze on it. I called The one 800 customer service line on the website and they informed me that they didn’t handle store issues that I had to call the store.
I called the store and let the person know that I was speaking to that. I had ordered a ham for Christmas and there was absolutely no glaze on it. The man went immediately into defense mode and told me that the glaze gets seeped into the ham. I said no there was no glaze on this. He says “Yes yes there was it just got seeped into the ham that’s what happened.”
I was so taken back that I asked him again. Are you sure because it’s dry and when I say dry I mean there is nothing on it and I have pictures to show it. He said nope that’s the way it comes. He didn’t offer any type of recourse didn’t ask me to bring it back in just told me that’s the way it was.
I am appalled And felt gaslighted. I will never buy anything from this honeybaked ham store ever again

Read moreI went in the store and nobody was at the counter. I opened and closed the door several times to ring the bell. Another customer came in. Still nobody came out of the back. I then called the store and a woman answered saying she was doing paperwork in the back. She came out and said I should have rang the bell. She then realized the bell was behind the counter and not accessible. I ordered a $70 ham and turkey. My son was visiting during the weekend while in transit to his next military assignment. We really looked forward to an early Easter dinner due to his schedule. On Sunday when we unwrapped the ham noted that the glaze was charred and had poor taste. I remember how Honeybaked Ham was the standard for customer service and quality. Not this time.
