Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

Dear Manager,

I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred on the night shift on December 6th at approximately 2:15 AM. One of the Guy employees engaged in behavior that I found both unprofessional and disrespectful. While working, this individual started singing "Tingi Tingi," a song associated with Indian culture, and made assumptions about my ethnicity based solely on my skin color, assuming that I am Indian. I am not from India, and I found the situation uncomfortable and inappropriate. I understand that people may not always be aware of the impact of their actions, but this type of behavior is disrespectful and can be seen as racially insensitive. While I appreciate that this person is working hard during their night shift, I also believe that such behavior reflects immaturity and a lack of professionalism. If I had been an actual Indian person, I would have been very offended by these assumptions and comments. It is important to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment, and this kind of behavior undermines that effort.

I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure that all employees are treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever went to. You will wait in line for an hour just because these workers are playing around and not making food. I came here tonight waiting for my food at 9:45 and all the workers are just having a potluck taking out their food and not working. This obviously shows they are inconsiderate of our time. I had to go to work and all I see is no progress. Like this is so ridiculous. Really unprofessional. I didn’t get my food until 10:30. The worst. And cone to find out, they gave me the wrong food. They made me so mad had me waiting for so long they gave me the wrong food. These females have no morals. Real ghetto. They need to hire...

They forgot to include one of the items I asked , and when I came back they were brave enough to deny it . In other words they told me you are lying . Lack of respect and human decency for a mediocre job. Terrible customer service , but anyways that’s expected given their own projected unhappiness with what they do. Please do yourselves the favor to check you got everything before leaving the drive thru , or else expect these people to think you are begging for free food and not trust your word.
