This Inn is located at the rotary. Ocean view, walkable to town in about 20 to 30 minutes depending on how fast you walk. A lot of parking and I really liked the setup of the rooms, it was u-shaped and when I heard the story of when it was built, 1925 it made me think about how fun it probably was to stay at this place. If You want to go back in time and have a flashback experience to what it may have been in the '20s, 30s, '40s so on and so forth, this would be a cool place to give a try. We stayed in one of the less expensive rooms, so there was no ocean view - room number 9 on the main level inside of the building with the lobby. We paid just around $100 with taxes. They do have ocean view rooms and I believe the pricing is at least $200 and up. I did not get pictures of everything, and had I had more time I would have loved to go from one end to the other and really check everything out. The pictures added to the effect of thinking about what it was like in the 20's and forward. It is a place you would have to check out in order to feel what it is I think would take me a while to explain. I am pretty sure this Inn has some great stories to tell and maybe even some secrets. You walk in and you feel the era's past. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was a double-double bed room. It looks like they have done a bit of upgrading, but there was a dingy/musty smell. The bathroom was tiny. The shower head is one of the main things I look at when I give my reviews because I feel it is one of the most important aspects of renting a room. I believe everyone wants a good shower and this shower head was a 5/10. Even though I can see where this bathroom needs to be renovated, I understand that that would be a lot of undertaking to update and renovate these rooms, but I do believe that some things can be helped with a little bit of cosmetic touch-up. The outside plate that had the door handle on it to our room is also coming off and would give us some beeps here and there. There is no breakfast here and there is no place to eat here. From my understanding the new owners bought it in 2023 and are in the process of getting the permits and needed paperwork to make some changes. I actually may give this place a try again, next time with the ocean view and since that would be about a year out, I would only hope that they have the restaurant / bar on the inside as an offering, the outside at the pool having pool food would be ideal. The pool area was clean and had a lot of lounge chairs. A great view of the ocean and an overall nice atmosphere. We will see 🙂 We also did walk into town for dinner and a couple of drinks, but we decided to take a pedicab back and that was a lot of fun. Thank you RADO 🙂 My bestie and I did go out to the pool to have a drink because we wanted to take in the view. We met Chad who is the bartender and Sefara, who were both nice and full of information. They made us feel welcome. The drink was good and refreshing. They have a great view of the ocean and there is a bit of beach where you can sit on a lounge chair in the sand.

The location is wonderful. I liked that we had a small deck with two chairs directly on the water. That is what I wanted and that’s what we got. But I am so disappointed with all other aspects of this hotel. We came for our anniversary over Memorial Day weekend. Both restaurants were not open. That was never made known to me upon booking or even just a few days before check in when I refreshed on their website and facility details. I always choose a hotel with a restaurant so we never go hungry. But we did. There is also no coffee or tea service in the lobby/main building. There was no food or drinks in the building. It was incredibly frustrating because you can’t just hop in the car and ride into town for food. There is almost no parking anywhere in PTown. We rented bikes for the weekend to make it easier. There is only one bike rack at the hotel near the front door. Our room was at the far end of the parking lot and we expected to ride our bikes to that side of the hotel to lock them up but there was no where to do that. So we had to lock our bikes and walk. The biggest disappointment was our room. Very little pics and details on the website about the rooms. So let me clarify how small the bathroom was. Tiny. Not even a vanity at the sink. I meant to take a pic to post with this review but forgot. If you need a lot of room to get ready to go out, forget it. There is a 3 or 4 inch wide board above the sink that functions as a counter top. Very tight. I kept all my toiletries and makeup in my bag and then would set it up on the closed toilet to get ready. It was just annoying. I’ve never had such a small bathroom anywhere I’ve ever stayed. We chose the King bed with the Ocean view. It wasn’t cheap or even reasonably priced based on the quality. But it was sold out for the weekend like all the hotels were over Memorial Day weekend. There is a pool but they told us at check in it wasn’t open for swimming but we could sit at it. That is just lame but we didn’t come here for the pool so it didn’t matter that much. I’m just really disappointed in the room and bathroom. They definitely keep these details off the website.

We booked this mini vacation a few weeks in advance, excited about going to P- town our first trip together. We were asked when booking what time would we like to be checked into our room, I said 2:15, understanding fully it may be later but not past the time of regular check-in@ 4pm. We talked with Roxanne, who apologized and said we will take of your resort fee becasue you had to wait so long. We did not reach our room until 5:15. We got in our room and showered, noting and being terrified that the floor of the shower would fall in as it had three huge cracks in it, a huge safety issue. Trying to get ready for dinner and half of our towels were dirty, already used, super gross. We went to dinner which was good, not excellent. The we were told that the Show girls was an excellent drag show. It was awful. Very ghetto and tasteless. Went back to our room. Went to turn on TV, light and fridge were not working, reason being they were all were unplugged. When we went to plug in any of these items the socket was not working. We had to move everything over and find a plug that worked, (not our job and not for the money we pay for this room $362. a night)!! Then we took off our shoes and the floor had not been vacuumed, sand and dirt all over the place, quite disgusting. We had to wash our feet before going to bed and also get a wet towel to clean the areas we needed to walk , again not our job. I could see if we were in a motel 6 and once we had to stay in one and that place was even cleaner than the room we were in. Wires all over the place. I cannot see how this is not safety issue , especially if we had children. This could be a law suit in the making. Then we turned on the air conditioner as it was on 78 and not turned on. The moment we turned it on a huge cloud of dust came in my face, I have asthma, not a very healthy thing for me. Why??? would any resort not clean there air conditioning system, seriously. Finally, after cleaning my face and nostrils from all that nastiness we went to bed. The next morning I went down stairs and talked to Ted, let him know what had happened and he said he would put notes in the system and make sure it was taken care of. He kindly let us know about the down town and some restuarants to venture to. We did not get back until 6 pm, which was at least 8-9 hours later. I went into our room and nothing was done. I went right down stairs being very calm and asking for someone to come and vacuum and get new towels. I do not know the young mans name but he got me towels and told me that no one could vacuum the room as there was no one on duty to do so!!! Mind you this is a resort which charges you resort fees. This young man said I am so sorry let me take off your resort fees, I said they already did that. He said well talk to Roxanne in the morning she will be able to help you. The next morning which was check-out we not only talked to Roxanne but Ted again, everyone had all kinds of apologies but could do nothing for us. But they were going to call their GM Tyler which they would not give us a last name nor his phone number or email?? We were told he would call us or at least email us, nothing was done and I waited two days later to see if we would get any response. Customer service to them is a joke!!! They got their money so screw the customer. To me very shady. Just a few more things about this so called resort. It was older than Hell, cracks everywhere, furniture was disgusting to sit on, needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. At one point a guy was outside painting without any safety precautions taken, just him, a poll and paint, no cones or safety fence around him. He was paniting the ceiling of the entrance. Then I find out that Linchris Hotel Corp purchases this resort for 24 million and can not even respond to our issues. This whole experience was supposed to wonderful and turned out to be a disaster. I will tell as many people as I can not to ever go to this...

I'd like to start my review with the cost. It's not cheap to stay here, but you are ocean front on three sides with many rooms facing the ocean. We were in a suite - which was actually the size of a normal size hotel room. The regular rooms are quite small at this hotel. I got a suite because we brought our two dogs. Having a door that goes right outside to the walking path made it very easy to have the dogs with us, so if you are bringing your dog, be sure to get a room on the ground level with access directly to the walking paths. You'll appreciate this in the mornings or in the middle of the night if they have to go out :). |We had breakfast at the hotel each morning (3 mornings), and they had a decent buffet which i enjoyed. They have an excellent pool that has a full bar along with food and club dance music. I loved the pool. We went there on two of the days we were there. My favorite part of the hotel was the view from our private deck at night. When we got back to the hotel at night, I sat outside on each of the three nights on the chairs that are on each of the private decks. I loved this. We had a view of the tower in the distance and the entire harbor. It was magical and it was my favorite part of the stay. The hotel itself is pretty neat. They have these incredible historical murals all over the hotel hallways along with interesting artifacts throughout. The hotel is at the end of commercial street (actually the beginning), so it's kind of a hike to downtown, but bring your most comfortable sneakers and it will be fine. We brought our bicycles and that was just perfect. A quick bike ride downtown for the day, and a quick bike ride back. Now the negatives - the bathroom was very small. Tiny even and sort of uncomfortable. The furniture in our room was ok, but nothing special. A small desk, small table with two chairs and a tiny (and i mean tiny) sofa. All in all, it was ok. The bed was super comfortable and the housekeeping ladies were super nice. At one point, we came back with the dogs and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. I saw her in the hallway and asked her if she could do the room while we had the dogs outside on the deck and she gladly agreed and came right over and cleaned the room. That's just super nice service in my opinion. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Parking was very convenient. The parking lot is inside the main triangle of rooms, so more than likely you can get a parking spot right next to your room. Back to the cost. This place is not cheap, but, the pool is awesome, the grounds are beautiful, and the view is amazing. My advice to you is to spend the extra money and get a suite. Take many pictures when you are there. I wish...
