relish is one of the best bakeries that provincetown has to offer. this may not be important for some but they allow dogs in which is wonderful because most places do not. the pastries change a little based on the ingredients they have each day but some highlights that are usually offered are the raspberry cream cheese pop tart and the tomato bread. the tomato bread is similar to pan con tomato but it is cut tomato and not made into a paste, the bread is fresh and crunchy and the dish is very summery. they also have breakfast sandwiches which are very good, the bagels are not hard and the sandwiches are big. they offer lunch salads and sandwiches as well. the fruit they have is extremely fresh. the only thing that i have not been impressed with was the red velvet cream cheese bar. it was most likely left in the fridge overnight because when i ordered it it was very hard and there was not much cream cheese. other than that the employees are very friendly and it is a cute...

UPDATE: Finally! After five years, I got the chance to visit Provincetown and Relish Bakery again. And oh boy, you do not disappoint! This time we got Roasted Chicken Brest on Ciabatta for hubby and Italian on Ciabatta for myself, and of course - two servings of Gazpacho. I got third serving of Gazpacho for our friend as well. He gulped it while complimenting on it after spending some time at Boat Slip pool and having famous Rum Punches.
