After looking for a mattress for a few months and getting no where , we stopped into Mattress Firm in Quakertown PA . The experience was amazing I was greeted by salesperson Matt he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me suggestions to help me with my individual issues . He was patient with all of my questions and had a detailed educated answer explaining the unique qualities of each bed that we tried . Not to mention he was able to find us an awesome deal to fit our budget . I never realized how hard mattress shopping is as we had our old mattress for way to long, Matt also listened and addressed the issues we have with our current mattress that does not suit us any more as well as our physical issues such as back pain hip pain etc . He scheduled delivery for next day and I just received my plush comfy mattress with and adjustable bed frame with no issues . The delivery men were respectful and careful arrived on time called ahead of time to confirm and put everything together perfectly . it’s like sleeping on a cloud what a difference from what we had . I am so grateful that I made the decision to stop into this store on the way to my grandsons birthday party . And I’m very excited to finally get a long overdue good nights sleep .

MATT is the best!!!! I cannot thank him enough for giving me such an amazing deal on a mattress and both ended adjustable base. I have debilitating sciatic pain from a car accident in 2015 (my car was split in half, I'm lucky to be alive). I wake up every morning in pain. Manager Matt Ginsburg of the Quakertown MattressFirm was very informative and lead my wife and I to the mattress that was better than what we probably would have been able to get for the price we had in mind. We told Matt our price range would be close to $1,000. The mattress was a floor model and originally priced at $3,999 (including the box spring), but Matt exceeded our expectations and offered us the mattress for $1,000 (including the box spring). I am not usually one to buy a floor model of anything. The difference was that Matt explained to us exactly what we would be getting in every way, he briefly discussed his background with mattresses, and he explained how the whole process would work if we decided to buy this mattress, which we obviously did. We just loved the way it felt and you could beat the value and quality. Matt gave us options as well and was also realistic. The delivery was better than expected and the guys were very friendly and professional. The mattress and box spring came as described and right at the bottom of our two hour delivery window.
